„The apartment was far from being as described on the site. It was not clean. The towels were ragged, no soap in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling . The place is very close to the beach but far from a supermarket or a restaurant. The T.V wasn’t working properly. The kitchen was dirty, the cups and glasses weren’t washed properly. We had to buy bedding and reasonable towels. Altogether, we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth.“

„I enjoyed that the hotel was right on the beach and promenade. The place was clean and overlooked the ocean! We had some difficulties and the staff quickly resolved them. It was a little tricky to get into the apartment because the elevator needed a fob and we weren't told about that. There was one left in the room., so that was good. “

„Es war einfach nur super- allerdings ist diese Bewertung NICHT für o.g Wohnung, deren Reservierung trotz sehr frühzeitiger Buchung + Kreditkartenbelastung NICHT geklappt hatte, was zuerst zu einem Schock- Moment geführt hatte!!! Es wurde dank flexibler freundlicher Unterstützung sehr schnell/ ad- hoc eine neue Wohnung ( Thank you Bela! ) organisiert, die offensichtlich ein Upgrade war. Vielen Dank auch für die Kaffee & Kuchen Entschädigungs- Gutscheine im Café "Mandarin".“
