„It’s was great stay all together, but was mislead when we booked on Vrbo. The duplex was listed as entire home! But we got lucky and the upstairs guest left the next day we arrived so I didn’t feel I had to keep my kids quiet after that. We did like the location and view was wonderful. “

„First time using VRBO, heard horror stories from others regarding key pad to door not working to the location left dirty. This unit was perfect. You can’t come here though expecting it to be like staying in those huge 3 plus level houses. There is no washer and dryer. „Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. “

„The place has a great view but that's because it is almost a part of the ocean. I do not think the property will be there much longer before nature reclaims it. The beach is gone. There are giant sandbags in covering the beach in a last ditch effort to save the property. I was there less than 2 years ago and the beach was much wider with soft sand. "Der erste Anblick ist etwas konfus, wohl durch das bunte Ambiente der einzelnen Hausabschnitte. Tatsächlich haben wir auf unserer Reise allerdings die beste Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten in einem Motel vorgefunden. Das Bad war mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet und sogar gefliest. Die Küchenzeile hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Koch- und Grillmöglichkeiten sind in einem außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsbereich großzügig vorhanden. Der Service war stets gut, der Empfang sehr nett, unkompliziert. Auch haben wir viele Tipps für gute Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Beim Auschecken musste lediglich der Schlüssel abgegeben werden. Alles in einem: Sehr zu empfehlen."
