„My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a long weekend in Oct 2024 so we could do hiking trips with out a long commute from our home on upper Cape. It was an ideal location to go to Race Point Beach, Nauset Beach, and Chatham. The property was immaculate, pictures shown absolutely represent the charm of the property. Lots of little extras like a bag of dog treats, bottles of water, kcups, etc. They even had towels & blankets for dogs. Bathrobes to use the jacuzzi. We used the jacuzzi out last ...

„Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it.  ...

„We had a great stay at the Captain's Cottage. Colleen, was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to our phone calls and messages. The house came as advertised and despite it being November, the weather was sunny and warm. We had no issues during or stay at Priscilla Beach and highly recommend the Captain's Cottage. “

„This cabin was excellent, resonably priced, and in a great location. The only caveat is that the description nor pictures made it clear that all bedrooms (and single bathroom) were on the 2nd floor. If I would have known this I would have booked elsewhere as I had with me an elderly mother who has difficulty with staris. Beyond that, the place was excellent, and I would book again if I were going by myself.“

We need a lot of bedroom and bathroom space to accommodate our group and because we are gathering to prepare full thanksgiving meal we also need a kitchen with space. The many bedroom options and 2 kitchens worked great for us! House was clean and location was beautiful on the pond! We would stay again and found everything to be easy and no issues to report. “
