„We loved the privacy and quietness of the property. The yard was great for letting the dogs play and having fires or sitting on deck. Yet it was only a short, easy drive from Hayward. The house itself was very clean, well stocked and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee bar. “

„Sweet little spot nestled on the edge of the lake - loons, eagles, the lapping of water on the shore, blue sky and pine trees. Everything a couple of city-dwellers needs to decompress and unwind. „Needs some deep cleaning and better furniture. House is poorly organized in the living room. Kitchen is stocked well but dry good storage is lacking. Needs more kid friendly glassware and plates. Cobwebs are plentiful. Kayak and canoe were awesome. Did not rent the pontoon. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding supplied.“

„We had originally planned for 8 adults but due to illness ended up with only 6. It is the perfect size for 6. Eight people would have been cramped. The check in process is cumbersome and would be better with a door combination. Questions to host were responded to fairly quickly. Boat dock was in excellent shape and water is crystal clear“

„Location was good for our itinerary which included a trip to Bayfield plus some hiking and a day on the UTV trails. Beautiful scenery at the home, but it seems house had a problem with mice that should get fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we accepted we would share the space with some uninvited guests. 😁“
