Safe and quiet house located directly on sandy beach. Enjoy tidal estuary views from the front of the house and expanded beach views in the back. Walk out the living doors and step onto white sand. Watch the sunset from the living room, master bedroom, or from the rooftop patio. Along this safe and quiet beach, you will find mellow waves, clean sand to walk for miles, gorgeous sunsets, and dolphin watching. Mi Sueño Casita 2 is surrounded by water in a Peninsula. Water tends to be warmer than in Southern California. On one side, you have the calm waters allowing to paddle boat, fishing, kayaking, boating and jet skiing. On the other side (back patio), you can use boogie boards, surf, wind surf, fish, kayak, snorkel, scuba dive or just swim in the water.
The house is under an HOA which provides security 24 hours a day. No parties or events allow. On the Terrasa, you can sunbath in your own private retreat. You can watch the dolphins, birds and at times sometimes whales going by, or watch the pelican, sea gulls, little skittering birds. Since part of the beach is a Natural Habit, there are different kinds of birds during different times of the year.
King size master bedroom, seating area, and attached full bathroom, shower/tub combination. Bedroom facing the lagoon has a queen size bed. Middle bedroom has bunk beds with two twins and 2 full size beds. Second bathroom is a shower/tub combination as well. The large kitchen has modern amenities and is fully equipped for cooking. The kitchen has a nice open layout with great views of the beach, bar seating, and adjacent dining room table. From the living room, walk out the sliding glass doors onto a patio and into the flat sandy area, and enjoy the fire pits, and grilling. Continue a few steps through the sand dunes and you are on the long sandy beach that continues as far as the eye can see in both directions.
All amenities on the property to include, dishwasher, new refrigerator, washer and dryer. TVs in living room.
The house is approximately 30-45 minutes from downtown Ensenada towards the Bufadora.
You can sit outside and enjoy the sound of the waves, watch all the stars and have a nice bonfire going roasting marshmallows. The beach is five miles long great for walks, running or riding your bicycle.
You are only a short drive away from the famous La Bufadora. The largest sea geyser in North America.
If you are into wine tasting, there are plenty of wineries and vineyards going toward Santo Tomas or Valle de Guadalupe.
House Rules/Tips
1. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.
2. Access to the home will be provided once reservation confirmation is made.
3. Maximum occupancy is 10 people.
4. There is a onetime pet fee. If you haven’t paid the fee upon checking in, please contact me so we can arrange payment. Failure to disclose pets could constitute cancellation of the reservation and loss of reservation monies.
5. If you are coming for a special event, i.e., anniversary, Valentine ’s Day, etc., let us know. We might be able to do something special time permitting.
6. If you need assistance such as a shower chair, please let us know ahead of time so we can pull it from the storage.
7. There is no smoking inside the home.
8. Newly mattresses, chairs, new refrigerator, there are ice trays which you can use, new washer/dryer.
9. There is coffee, sugar, cream, salt & pepper, and oil for your pleasure. Trash bags are located under the sink.
10. Drinking water under the kitchen cabinets. Trash can under the sink. Outside you have two barrels next to the house. Please deposit all trash in it. Please do not throw away water jugs (garafones) caps.
11. We have a dish washer and dishwasher soap is under the sink. It works really well. Please do not leave excessive dirty dishes. Fire Extinguisher is also located there.
12. The Wi-Fi name is located on the modem/router. Password is “A3ccUMR97R”. If you need to reset just unplug modem/router for a minute.
13. Please do not use fireplaces. Note: There is a step down from the dining room into the living room.
14. Please do not use the rubber raft in the garage.
15. Patio umbrella might be located in garage is if it too windy. If you use it please ensure you fold it and put it up if it is windy. This way there will be no damage to it or windows.
16. Brooms, and dust pans are located in the garage.
17. You can stream on the TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc., etc. You can also bring your Fire Stick or Roku as well.
18. Patio has motion solar lights. Terresa has solar lights and there will be some around the patio on the wall.
19. There are also carbon monoxides and smoke detectors throughout the house.
20. Access to Terrassa is inside the house. Please do not use any grills as the roof as it can catch on fire. Also, do not place grills on anywhere there is red tile as it will stain the tile.
21. Recommended items to bring: Toothbrush, toothpaste, personal shampoo/conditioner (small soap & shampoo bottle will be provided), sunscreen, mosquito spray/citronella candles, fishing equipment, bicycles, paddle boards, surf boards.
22. Firewood can be purchase locally. There is a small white truck that goes around selling bundles of firewood, his name is Victor and his phone number is 646-128-4901. Bonfires can be done on the designated area on the back patio.
23. The house is part of a Homeowner´s Associations (HOA). Therefore, some of the rules the guest must adhere are:
a. No Fireworks
b. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. You may still have music but low
c. No four-wheeler to be used on the beach
d. Pick up after your pet.
e. There is 24-hour security for your protection (646) 118-8817
24. Water contains some small amount of chloride to keep algae from growing.
25. You may park on the street or inside. If you decide to park inside, please ensure the vehicle can fit. Any damages made would be the responsibility of the guest(s). (Please check to see if it fit first). The garage door switch is on the left as you walk into the garage.
26. We spray the house on a regular basis for bugs. However, sometimes ants will find their way out. We have a container in the garage as you enter that has chemical you can use.
27. We have two empty buckets under the patio. We recommend using one for trash, bottle caps, cigarettes, etc., etc. This will keep the sand clean and you can empty any trash in the trashcans by the street. The other bucket we actually use it as a table when we turn it upside down to put the beers, phones, etc.
28. If you can´t bring certain food back to the USA, please just leave them in the refrigerator and we will give it to our staff. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your vacation
