Condo is a great unit at Misiones del Cabo! It's beautiful! Location w/about 8-10 restaurants from 70-500 yards, super convenient! 2 high-end Supermarkets & also Costco w/in a mile!

▒This is a very nice, very comfortable w/all the amenities of home, 1 bedroom vacation condo! It's has a nice Mexican cultural feel with modern touches.
▒Your host has lived in Cabo since 2003, owned 3 charter boats, and is a LICENSED real estate broker, here! I traveled to Cabo 23 times from 1992-2002 and know what a person vacationing here wants & needs, if you ask!
▒Nice, large patio overlooks & walk-out to the pool & beautiful, lush, green gardens & grass. There's a patio set for 4, propane BBQ, etc... Its a south eastern facing patio so it gets morning sun & sunrises w/ afternoons shaded! It's wonderful.
▒Location is SUPERB! 2 beaches short walking distance, sitting on a point that juts out into the Sea of Cortez!
▒Many kitchen items/cooking appliances if you want to dine-in or just have comfortable happy HOURS! The condo is well furnished with comfortable furniture, an internet based TV with 2000 channels offering all sports channels, professional sports, PPV events, movie channels, close to 300 network stations (ABC, CBS, FOX & NBC) and all other expected channels. The condo has all the conveniences of home, seriously!!!

▒Misiones del Cabo is on the Sea of Cortez 3 miles outside Cabo. The Cape Resort is 3 minutes walk, as are 2 beaches! The Cape has restaurants & Night Club, then the community of Misiones del Cabo has 2 pools, 1 pool has a swim-up bar with small restaurant, which offers great prices and ambiance!

▒The beaches are quiet, exclusive, really cool especially if you want tranquil settings!! See pictures. There's a really nice pizza/general Italian restaurant with bay and Arch views along with the fabulous sunsets!!
