„The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services. ...

„My wife and I treated our entire family (14 total) of adult children and 6 grandkiddos, ages 5-17. The 5 bungalows allowed everyone to have their privacy and space. The main building allowed us to come together for meals, chillin, and pool swims. The few issues that arose were taken care of very quickly. The ocean was amazing and the highlight of every day! We will have many great memories for years to come. “

„This is the second time we have stayed at Casa Velas and it was our seventh time to Palm Beach Estates on Playa Grande. This newly renovated house/compound is our favorite. „I absolutely love this area & this 1st floor Bougainvillea condo is just perfect to accommodate your CR vacation! The parking space is easy to find & on the end( which is nice) & the space is large. Condo is located down the stairs & the view from the patio is wonderful, you can see the ocean. The condo is very spacious & was nice to have coffee for the next morning. I will definitely stay here again. We loved the little kitty that was nearby, we enjoyed feeding him & making him happy. “

„We loved the house and the help we got from our host when needed. Everything was clean and new. We loved the pool and the house was a great place to stay near some of the better restaurants and the fruit stand in town.My only complaint is that when I booked this it was listed as a “5 minute walk to the beach” which simply isn’t accurate. It’s more of a 10-15 minute walk on the busy Main Street and just not a great walk in general.“

„There was plenty of room for my family of 7, having a pool table was lots of fun. Morning coffee and sunsets on patio were just like pictures in listing. You need to have a higher clearance vehicle to travel on the road up to the place. Security was nice and property manager was very helpful.
