„The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is super for hopping on or off I-87. Thank you Kay at the front desk for a warm welcome, and for the guy on the floor who didn't speak to the customer (me) but immediately took action by speaking to someone in the office. The people who were alerted also promptly showed up front desk because they saw a customer at the unmanned front desk. The ladies at the dining place were cheerful and helpful. Kudos, guys. „Wonderful! Not sure how anyone could give a bad review. Incredibly friendly staff, welcoming to my pup, beautiful location and view. Quiet and peaceful. I didn’t try the restaurant downstairs but it was packed and it’s off season. Comfy bed, huge bathroom and great shower. The only thing I would say is the third floor has very narrow stairs that would be hard for folks with mobility issues.
