„We enjoyed our stay - the property was clean and is well looked after. It is a traditional chalet in a private holiday park which has some good amenities - at an extra cost. We appreciated the help from the owner when we needed it and was helpful at answering our queries before our stay. There are a few things that would make our score excellent - clarity of cost of electricity and instructions in the chalet of how to use it would have been helpful. „Modern, clean. Lovely beach too.“

„This property had the basics, but hard to cook for 8 people with the kitchen tools provided. The beds were not very comfortable, but we all fit. The surfaces were all clean as long as you didn't look behind things. There was also a smell of damp that wasn't ideal. For what we paid, it did the job.“

„Clean tidy neat quirky accommodation. Conveniently located to miles and miles of sandy beaches. Pets welcomed and our 2 dogs loved the walks in the are especially the sandy beach .“

„We really enjoyed to stay in that lovely beach house. Even if it is small, it is well equipped. Norfolk is beautiful and -we were really surprised- absolutely dog friendly. All sites of the British Heritage could be visited with our dog, also the Norwich Cathedral and many Pubs. A Highlight was the boat-trip with "Captain Ross" through the Broad (accompanied by our dog). For foreigners: to close the entrance door is a little tricky and needs explanation for tourists coming from foreign countries ...

„Das schöne Haus, das wirklich mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet ist, liegt zwei Minuten von einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt und zwei Minuten von Geschäften, Pubs etc. Es gibt eine steilere Stufe zu den Schlafzimmern, an die man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos. Das ganze Haus ist äusserst sauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit, insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig. „The property and the location were second to none. James gave us recommendations of places to visit and some local eateries. The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. The house was toasty, and to open the bedroom window and to hear the sea was amazing. We had a takeaway fromRyans fish and chip shop which was so fresh, the battered halloumi was fabulous and very afforable. We ...

„This location suited us because of friends living nearby. However, being situated on a busy main road with No on site parking may not suit all. The cottage is clean, tastefully decorated and spacious but unfortunately has a damp problem, especially in the entrance hall and main bedroom, which means there is a musty smell throughout.“
