„Das Lakehotel Tagaytaj ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick auf den Taal Vulkan. Es liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Insofern sollte man ein Zimmer zum Garten/Vulkan buchen. Angrenzend an das Hotel finden sich mehrere nette Restaurants und Café's. Die Hotelzimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und old fashioned, aber bequem/rustikal eingerichtet. Philippinisches Frühstück, leider kalt gereicht, in einem Ballsaal statt Restaurant. Schöner Pool mit phantastischer Aussicht. “

„Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room.“

„Their services, rooms and location are satisfactory. Given that it is my husband’s birthday, I appreciate the cakes and greetings from the hotel particularly the card with signatory of the general manager. Unfortunately, when we booked our accommodation, it was indicated that I requested birthday balloons and cake (we’ll just pay the additional) but only the cake was present! I hope that next time, they work better.“

„At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend.“

„The Calayo resort itself where we stayed is good including the staff, there is a swimming pool, so if you will not like to swim in the dirty sea you have the option. The downside is that there is no wifi and some of the facilities like shower, cabinets are broken.“

„The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!“

„While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right ...

„Friendly staff. Easy check in but requires printout of booking confirmation. It would be nice to check in paperless. Pool area is nice and we enjoyed the swim. Front beach area lots of small drift woods and unclean so unsafe to swim. They said they clean them in the morning but around afternoon they should clean them again as they accumulated. Over all we enjoyed our stay.“
