Conference Stay
We had a conference at the nearby BMO Centre and wanted to find accommodations a short walk away. The check-in process initially seemed a bit daunting but ended up being a simple check-in through the front entry. Our condo was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect space for 3 co-workers to be able to enjoy the conference and a quiet space for downtime afterwards.

Good place
The place itself is very clean. Place serves our purpose for our short stay in Calgary. However, the instructions on check in and check out (especially if you have a car) was challenging. Maybe simplify the instructions and not going back and forth on running to the door to the car to the elevator etc. The bunk bed is very squeaky! If you are with adults, the top bunk bed might not be ideal (every move you make even an inch the whole bed shakes!) plus we have to take the trash out (like what do they even clean after this!?!). Place has great views though!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Yes, getting the FOB was a little bit of a thinker at first but we got the hang of it immediately. Review the renters instructions before giving it a try! Not very accommodating
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen did have decent pans and that sort of thing, however, we didn't find out until the day before we checked in that there was a very long set of instructions just to get in the building. Unfortunately those instructions didn't work and we were getting in late at night. I couldn't reach the owner until I left a voicemail saying I was going to contact vrbo, then he called us right away and told us what to do. We had to have a fob to use the elevator and the parking garage and you only get ONE fob. If we had known this we never would have booked this place. If my husband and I went to the 6th floor gym, which was very nice, we had to fob to get to 6th floor and to get into the workout room. Then you have to fob to get back to elevator and fob to get to your floor. My husband works out for one hour and I work out for 30 minutes, and that was only one of the fob challenges. I contacted the owner to see if we could get another fob because we were there for three weeks for business and it really didn't work to only have one. The owner said he thought the person that cleaned probably had an extra one we could use and he would let me know later that day. I never heard from him again, even though I followed up a few days later with a text message. The grill was so dirty it smoked and left sooty residue on the food. The washer didn't always rinse and spin and the last full day we were there it wasn't spinning at all. I let them know but no response

Well this property was somewhat disappointing . When we got there the screen to give us access to the building didn’t work and we spent almost an hour trying to get into the place. We finally got into the building by contacting the owner. Then we couldn’t get into the unit because VRBO had sent us the wrong code to enter the property. The were no clothes to wash the dishes, the pillows on the bed did not have pillow cases. Not a lot of towels so my husband washed a few but the washer left them dripping wet so he has to spin them repeatly and the dryer was not great either. Not to mention the dishes in the cupboard had lip prints on them. The kitchen appliance cupboard smelled of old grease. We were made to feel like we were breaking into the place. Having to sneak in and out. To top it off my mother in law, my 3 daughters, and I were verbally accosted in the parkade by an elderly tenant telling us we were staying there illegally and to leave and never come back. I can only assume she knew where we were staying by where we parked. She was beyond rude. No doubt the location was great but I’d think twice before staying there again.

Wonderful property
If you are looking for an uber clean and quiet condo with an incredible view this place is for you! The amenities are exactly as listed with lots of kitchen ware available and the beds super comfy. The owner was super helpful and available, and they even called to be sure we were comfortable with the entry directions. We were very grateful to have a warm and safe parking spot!!

DO NOT RENT!!! Beware, the owner fails to communicate. If you have any issues with your dates, checking into the unit etc, you will not be able to get a hold of the owner. Neither will VRBO. As this was our experience! We had to rent another unit for the property owners failure to communicate, and we lost all of our money. DO NOT RENT!!! If you decide to book, you will be doing so at your own risk, that the owner will fail to communicate. We have documented emails and calls to the owner and VRBO, with case numbers. Save yourself the incredible headaches that our family had to endure, and book a different place to stay that is not managed by “Stellar Properties”. Again, all of this is documented with emails, phone records and case numbers.

Some of The logistics to get to parking were very confusing, the key pad code was wrong amd the access code given to us we had no idea what it was for. The fob only having one was a huge inconvenience. Once familiar things were better, the elevated often did not work. Great stay, comments are to help property manager, not to discredit the stay! The property was great beds were very comfy and linen was Good, the amenities were great, the condo Was well supplied. Garbage n recycling was easy location was perfect !! Could use some Hand towel and liked the wine trade and that the face cloths were darker.

This modern, spacious and well-equipped property is in a perfect location to walk to a variety of points of interest and trendy streets downtown. The views from the balcony are amazing and the floor to ceiling windows on both sides of this corner unit let in so much light and give the condo a bright and spacious feel. It was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The building is also very safe feeling and secure.

Excellent place to stay in downtown Calgary
The apartment was true to the listing and comfortable to stay in. The view of the city skyline by day and night was a highlight. Downtown and the river front were easily walkable and getting in to and out of town by car was pretty straightforward. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to stay close to downtown for either a short or longer stay.

Quick stay in Calgary
We stayed at the property on the final leg of a family road trip to Banff and Golden. Chose the property because of its proximity to the concert venue. Property was clean and comfortable. A few things I think others should know before choosing it: -There are beautiful floor to ceiling windows throughout the property. But it did make it very bright in the mornings so if you need darkness to sleep it may be an issue. And you do hear city noise despite being pretty high up. -the instructions to get in were lengthy. The managers do a great job communicating what you need to do, but if you aren’t used to that type of security/process it was a bit overwhelming. -not the managers fault, but the elevators were challenging at times. -And finally if you plan to drive a large truck know that the parking garage may not work for you. Saw some full size pickups down in the garage, but felt it was tight even for my smaller SUV. If you are looking for a comfortable, convenient location to explore Calgary from this is a good place to stay.

Great location for Saddledome events.
Short walk to saddledome/stampede park. Also closish to downtown restaurants and Calgary tower. Good size property for a party of 4 adults. Check in went well once I found the detailed instructions on how to get in. Bathrooms and kitchen were fine and functional. Bed was comfy, and the parking spot was an easy one to maneuver into. As a bonus it had an OK view of the Canada Day fireworks at stampede park. Location can be loud at night, but the windows do a really good job of blocking it out. Overall would stay again if we needed space for 4 or more people and we’re going to an event close by.

Wedding stay on the 24th floor
We stayed at this property for our sons wedding the weekend of June 3rd, 2023. The property was hard to access because of all the security in this area. It was very frustrating to be honest. It’s right downtown with lots of homelessness. Walking at night was out of the question. On our last night while loading up our vehicle in the designated parking stall we were confronted by an elderly couple that reside in that building telling us to go home and what we were doing was illegal, that we could be charged for staying at a VRBO, and that lawyers were involved. Very confused, feeling attacked and defensive we asked questions. Turns out the residents and the VRBO property owners are at odds. It was not a good feeling at all being verbally attacked in the basement of the parking lot. The property itself was nice on the 24th floor but could use a thorough cleaning. Would I stay here again probably not.

Very poor communication. Had misbooked and spent 2 days trying to get ahold of the host prior to my check in. Both VRBO and myself were unable to reach them more than once by phone and messaging in app was very slow and non-helpful. The one time I had reached him by phone (5:53pm MT) the response time to my message promised was 1 hour and the actual was 20 hours (2pm MT). When trying to pick new dates, they stopped replying.

Loved staying here and loved the decor. Very modern, clean and just as advertised! Bed was very comfortable. Check in instructions were detailed and helpful for virtual check in and check out. Pretty close to amenities as well. A short Uber or scooter ride to 17th Ave or Stephen Ave. Definitely recommend. A cute spot with a great view of the city! Thanks for your hospitality.
