"Hotel with the best pool area in Desert Hot Springs. Great place."

"The hotel looks significantly worse than in the pictures provided. There was a strange smell in the room and suspicious stains, and the floor looked like it had never been cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable and caused back pain. At night, it was extremely noisy due to some kind of machinery from the hotel, and in the morning we were woken up by a DJ. The staff and management were very unaccommodating."

"Our room was very old and definitely needed renovation. Also, previously someone smoked in the room and you could still smell that a bit. Of course we could have requested a different room, but after an almost 20 hour journey you are too tired to change the room. For one night this hotel was fine."

"Die Klientel am Wochenende ist z.T. von der Party & Sauffraktion. Sehr unschön, wenn man aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit unfreiwillig mitbekommt, dass der Zimmernachbar zu tief ins Glas geschaut hat und sich die halbe Nacht wie ein röhrender Hirsch über dem Klo erleichtert. Die Frühstücksleistung ist nicht der Rede wert (kein Aufschnitt). Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich."
