As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. "The apartment was lovely. The staff was pleasant. Good location. The only fault would be that you have to clean this place at the end of the stay. And I mean clean. Take all the sheets and towels to the front desk. Take the trash out. Clean the apartment. I don’t like to clean while on vacation. Overall, I would say 4 stars. I would recommend to people with kids or pets. "

There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. "Very disappointed for what was a very expensive two night stay in very basic accommodation. Extra charges for towels and for cleaning (including collect and taking back our own linen). No working aircon which meant really uncomfortable sleep. "

"Pierre & Vacances Résidence Le Levant are self-catering apartments less than a minute from the beach. If you don't mind sleeping on a sofa bed and if you are with a car, it's perfect. The sofa-bed is easily set-up, fresh linen are provided when you check-in and the kitchen well equipped (no oven, but you probably stay there in summer anyway).
