The main level of the home has a beautiful formal livingroom as well as a sitting room. There is also a beautiful eat-in kitchen and a formal dining area. This leads you to one of the most spectacular places in the home...a very spacious garden room with lots of plants and a wide view of the open back yard and back deck. This room lets in so much natural light and it's just so peaceful.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The washer and dryer are also on this level.

The back yard is fenced in with a fire pit. There is a gate on the back side of this property that leads you out to a walking/nature trail that borders a brook...

This house has you nestled in to the "woods" feeling but also within 5 minutes of being right in the heart of downtown Camden where you will find lots of shops, cafes, a small grocery store and so much more! You don't want to miss out on what this property offers you.

There is a small guest house that is also on this property. It is rented separately from the main house, but you do share a driveway/lawn space. You also have the opportunity to rent both spaces for more overflow if you have a large group to travel with.
