„I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄“

„What an absolutely wonderful experience from check in to check out. Alvin was such a great host and Opalie was very helpful in getting us to our unti.The rooms were super clean and very well decorated with great amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of that you need. I will highly recommend this place.“

„Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.“

„Es war zentral gelegen. Doch war es zu laut. Das Appartement lag am Eingang einer Tiefgarage und somit sehr laut. Die Luft im Raum war sehr schlecht, auch nach Gebrauch entsprechender Dufterfrischer. “

„the rented property isn't even used despite the fact that we already paid for it. contacted the host, no reply. we stayed in another house near the place, and again, paid for it. the property pictures had just been used since it used to be a real transient house like 3 years ago. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!“

„Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon ...
