„This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The windows were so dusty and we had a lot of ants in the kitchen, it was very disgusting. Everything was very used. The shower was also dirty. We needed to park our car outside of the building because all parking spaces were full. The next day our license plates were stolen. So very unsafe area. I would not recommend staying there. “

„The property and location are great. Access to local beach. Cant swim but still nice to walk. City is only about 5 mins away. House is well set out and equipped. Only ussue we had was the oven seemed to only work on grill.“

„Apartment in a great location with kids park a short walk. Pool was a hit. Beach view was enjoyed by adults. Air conditioning works well. Apartment is slightly rundown but clean. Cleaning gear provided didn’t work well. Main room bed very comfortable. Apartments Worked well for our purposes. “

„Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed & great location! The beds were amazingly comfortable which is very hard to find with our bad backs. Sue made sure we had all we needed with some yummy supplies on arrival down to the quality toilet paper (it’s the little things that count) 😉 Our little toy poodle was very happy with the little fenced back yard & beautiful park to walk through just around the corner 😍 We look forward to staying here again!“

„Equivalent to Fawlty Towers but without the service or amentities. Depsite many request broken lighshades, blown light globes, broken drawer, broken cupbaord, 2 teaspoons inadequate supplies, broken shutters, no wifi and I could go own. Problems repeatedly reported with photos and no action in 14 days.“

„They hadn’t finished cleaning by the time we got there even though we were on the dot when it came to the check in time. The house was a bit run down compared to the pictures and one of toilets wouldn’t flush because the button was pushed in. Other than that the whole stay was fantastic. It was spacious, had all the necessary amenities and overall just.a pleasant place to stay. Would definitely recommend. “

„The check in process was rubbish. No Key in the safe box. Had to contact Host. They said key was dropped in safe at 1:20. Rubbish. Key wasn't dropped in until 3:30pm after our phone call.. cleaner came into our apartment halfway through the stay one morning without any knock on the door. Would not recommend booking through Stayz again.“

„We found that we needed to wear thongs in the bathroom. The taps were mouldy and green in colour. The surfaces throughout were sticky and the walls were marked with dirty spots. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The wardrobe door would not open, so I was unable to hang my clothes or reach the iron to press them. The overall standard of cleanliness was below standard and a health issue. The toilet roll holder was disgusting with built up greasy grim, and the toilet paper was only one ply. ...
