Wir haben hart daran gearbeitet, dieses Gerät für das ganzjährige Vergnügen zu renovieren. Dieses Stadthaus befindet sich auf der Golfseite von Bristol Harbour in Canandaigua NY, eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Shuttlebus oder zu Fuß zum Canandaigua Lake in der Fingerseen-Region von New York. Bristol Harbour liegt an der Spitze der Bristol Hills mit Blick auf den Canandaigua Lake. Die Stadt Canandaigua ist nur 15 Minuten entfernt, mit einem Outdoor-Wasserpark und dem einzigen Kabelpark im Nordosten. Respite from Hurricane Helene
We needed a place to stay after being displaced from Hurricane Helene. This was a the perfect condo. Peaceful location. Beautiful views. Convenient to both Canandaigua and Naples. Not too far to Rochester. Lovely hosts, well maintained condo with everything you might need. We highly recommend staying here if you love the Finger Lakes.

Better than imagined
I stay at a number of VRBO's and this one has great value. It is in great condition, was very clean and had a lot of bedding and towels, good internet and tv if you want it. I cant say how clean and organized it was. Loctation is great, very quiet neighborhood so if you want to party I would suggest a less quiet spot. Hosts were very communicative, great parking. Cant say enough.

Lake townhouse checks all the boxes!
This is a very nice property with a lovely patio, grill, good AC. TV needs upgrading in the lower level, upstairs tv works well however. A few more kitchen pans would help when cooking. Love the location - very quiet and the deer are great neighbors. Overall - a great place to stay when visiting the area! Thank you!

Clean, spacious townhome close to Canandaigua
This property worked well for us as a retired couple returning to the area where we once lived. The host was very responsive to early "minor" issues we experienced. The townhome was quite spacious for the 2 of us, was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. It was obvious the host spent time updating and renovating this unit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Amenities we would have liked was a garbage disposal, an ice maker in the freezer (it was actually a very modern refrigerator, but no ice maker), a toaster oven (it had just a toaster) and a more easily accessible refuse/recycling center (needed to take it in our car to a center about a block away). The location to the lake was a bit further than we expected and somewhat of a hassle to get to. It was reportedly a 9 minute walk, but you had to walk along a busy road to another road, then down a hill and to an elevator. It wasn't worth going. It's about a 20 minute car ride into Canandaigua which was not a problem for us. Overall, we would definitely recommend this vacation rental; the only reason for 4, instead of 5 stars, was what we mentioned above (and those factors may not be that important to others).

We came to celebrate my uncles 102 Birthday finding this location excellent. The surroundings are gorgeous offering opportunity to play horse shoe's and enjoy great walks. There were three (3) adults which the home handled easily with several area's for us to gather. Highly recommend.

PERFECT!!!!!
I agree with all the other reviews. A perfect location for my daughters wedding and reception. Only fifteen minutes from the Gazebo on the lake and only five minutes from the hall at Onada Park. I was surprised how large the townhome was....I was not expecting three floors. It worked so well that my daughter had the second floor to herself.

Very quiet location. About drive 20 minutes from many restaurants. Super neighborhood to walk and see grazing deer at all times of day. Enjoyed the fall foliage. The access to the on-site community library was an extra bonus.

Perfect autumn weekend stay
We were in town for a wedding weekend. The property was 15 minutes from the festivities. We arrived a little early and the cleaners were still working, but it wasn’t an issue as I unloaded some grocery items and was off to the wedding venue to help set up. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room, very clean, everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the deck with the tabletop heater. If we ever need another stay in this area I would definitely rent here again.

The property was overall good, but the beds were not very comfortable. Didn’t realize we had to bring our own paper towels and napkins. Pictures of outdoor property overlooking lake were a little misleading. Not sure where they were taken. Overall very accessible to surrounding areas and very beautiful in the fall.

Relaxing home base while visiting family
Happy with the quick replies to our inquiries before and during our stay. The information about the property, where to find things and how to use things, was detailed and easy to understand. Everything was well taken care of, outdoor cushions stored conveniently for easy access providing clean comfortable outdoor seating. Indoor seating also very comfy. We purchased a portable fan for personal comfort during our stay. The owner graciously accepted it as we could not take it with us. The decks at the back were quiet and peaceful, used them every morning and evening. Would definitely want to stay here again for any future visits to the area.

Old stomping grounds reunion
This condo met all of our expectations and more. We loved the location and it was perfect as a base to travel and meet up with relatives and old friends. It would have been helpful to have the key fobs in plain sight and a book of general instructions but Tom was great at responding to our emails and phone calls. The three deer that hung around were an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this place to all. I am biased as I grew up there but even my daughter and grandkids did not want to leave. Great Home Base in the Finger Lakes
This property was very comfortable and among the cleanest of the rental properties we’ve encountered. The townhouse is well laid out and functional and the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. They have an electronic door lock that was great for easy check in and surprisingly handy during our stay. The kitchen is small but functional. There is a stacked washer and dryer that were very handy. The first floor living room is large and comfortable but we spent most of our time relaxing in the second floor sitting area which we found to be very cozy and comfortable. The second floor bedroom is large and comfortable and although the mattress is starting to show signs of age (a bit springy and creaky) it was not that bad and not the worst we’ve encountered in our travels. There is a loft space that we didn’t use it at all but it seemed nice enough. There was a review that described the air conditioning as insufficient but in combination with the ceiling fan we found it to be completely adequate (and we were here for 30 days in July). There is a deck off the second floor, great if you want to be in the sun, and a larger, very nice deck below that was generally shaded. We found the lower deck to be a great outdoor space with a grill, fire table, and comfortable seating and we sat out there most every evening. The townhouse is in a nice community of friendly people. We enjoyed taking walks around the development. The immediate neighbors were a mix of permanent residents and other renters but all seemed pleasant and we had no issues with noise. We stayed for 30 days and used the home as a base for exploring the Finger Lakes region and it worked out very nicely. Close to the home there is a Onanda Park for boating, swimming, hiking, and recreation, the town of Naples to the south and the city of Canandaigua to the north. Easy, scenic, drives of 90 minutes or less, get you to all of the major attractions: Watkins Glen, Ithaca, Corning, Geneva, Letchwork State Park, Taughannock Falls State Park, just to name a few. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and visiting the attractions in the Finger Lakes and would rent here again if we were to return for another visit.

Good Location
This was a good location for visiting lots of wineries. The owner was great and returned my call right away when we had questions about the AC and TVs. However, There were a few things that would have made our stay better. Hair dryers in both bathrooms would have been nice. Comfortable pillows would have helped. The bathroom shower drain did not drain efficiently . Basics like salt and pepper would have been appreciated.

Great location, clean and a little to warm.
We just returned from a weekend and overall the property was great. Pros: location, clean and very roomy. The owners responded quickly. Cons: Listing says air conditioned, but it is a 3 level condo with one wall AC unit and 1 ceiling fan. Just happened to be a 90 degree weekend and we were very hot. We all slept on the upper loft floor to keep cool the 1st night, which was disappointing with all the beds and rooms around the condo. We did communicate with the owners, who did mention how hot it was. I feel if you’re renting in the summer months being prepared for hot days is a given. Having ceiling fans in the bedrooms or stand up fans would help tremendously. There were not enough wine glasses, but I blame the housekeeper or the property manager for not letting the owners know. The owners did not realize there were no wine glasses in the unit. They were very receptive of my comments. One thing I forgot to mention to the owners is the downstairs tub drains very slow, so you shower in standing water. All in all these are easy fixes, and the condo was great. The mattresses were a little stiff, but everything was clean. With a few changes this condo would be a gem.
