The Space:
This amazing property with 4 Bedrooms (Helix Mattresses: King, King, Queen, and 2 Queens), 2 Queen sofa beds, 1 King sectional sofa, and 2 rollaway twin beds (memory foam). As well as 4 and a half baths (4 showers plus 1 tub).

When you enter the homes foyer you are greeted with a grand staircase that will lead you to the main living space. On the first level you will find the first bathroom and bedroom with 2 queen beds and a rollaway, as well as the second living space or the "Record Room" which has 2 sofa beds, a record player with Sonos sound system and all the records you could ever need! Further down the hall is the gym with 5-50 lb dumbbells, TRX Multi Mount, incline bench and a scenic yoga area. You will also find the amazing movie room with ample comfy seating, 82 in. QLED TV (Netflix, Disney Plus), Sonos 5.1 surround sound, a convertible sofa as well as the second bathroom.

Upstairs is a 12' dining table for all your group dinners and an open kitchen & living area for your day to day snacking and hanging out! The primary bedroom is up stairs with a king bed, cozy accent chairs overlooking the lake and the primary bathroom. Two more bedrooms can be found on the primary level with a queen bed, king bed and rollaway bed. The pool room is also upstairs with a pool table, TV, Sonos speaker, and the door to the brand new deck and hot tub with 80 jets & bluetooth sound system. There is tons of outdoor seating for eating, lounging or sun bathing as well as a fire pit with seating for all!

This property is also close to many local sights and activities such as Downtown Canandaigua, Bristol Mountain, Sonnenberg Gardens and is located in the middle of the Canandaigua Lake Wine Trail. And just a short drive from Naples, Geneva, Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and Rochester!

Home is set back from the road with amazing lake views and close to downtown Canandaigua.

Getting Around:
The driveway has a moderate incline and is plowed regularly in the winter. We recommend arriving in a car that can handle winter conditions if needed! Close to town, but car required for getting around.

Other Things to Note:
Guests use gym equipment, hot tub, sauna, ladder in bedroom and loft area in bedroom at their own risk.

There is no swimming permitted in the pond.
