Lake house w/ indr pool and jacuzzi

Vacation on the west side of Canandaigua Lake with your own lake frontage, indoor heated pool and steamy jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the lake, 3 gas and 1 wood burning fireplace, 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and one 1/2 bath, super Fast Internet1000mbps, 4 TV's, dock boat bumpers. The house is a 12 min drive to Bristol Ski Resort, 15 minutes Canandaigua shopping/ restaurants, 30 minutes to Eastview mall. Pets fee of $60/night/pet (min $200) and Xtra people $60/night/person after 14.

The house overlooking crystal clear Canandaigua Lake, with your own lake frontage including a boat dock, has 6 bedrooms with 5 giant king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 2 twin beds, 4 full baths and 1 half bath, 2 living rooms, 3 gas and 1 wood burning fireplace, 20x40 indoor pool kept at 80 year round, brand new hot tub, fully stocked kitchen to cook your meals, keurig AND standard coffee maker, seating for 8 in dining room, 6 in kitchen, and 6 at the expansive kitchen island. Two ovens, one range, 2 refrigerators, beverage fridge, washer, dryer expansive deck, dock (seasonal), propane grill (seasonal), glove and boot dryer.

You will have complete and private access to the house, your dock, and small beach. The stairs to the dock and lake (seasonal June to Sept) are shared with the owners who live in the garage apartment across the parking lot from the house. There are three docks and a boat house at the lake. Your large dock and small shale beach are on the left (north side of the property) and the owners have the boat house and two small docks in the right (south side of the lake). You will NOT have access to the boat house. The owners boat and jet ski on the lifts are off limits and not for rent under any circumstances. There are cameras at the dock.

We live on the adjoining property in the summers but are always available to answer questions or address concerns via the airbnb app.

You will need a car to get around. The house sits on Canandaigua lake 1/4 off mile off the road. There is parking for 5 cars. You can park additional cars tandem.

We strictly follow airbnb event policy. If you are planning a party or gathering that will disturb our neighbors this house is not for you.
In the winter a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended as there is a 1/4 mile hilly driveway. The driveway is plowed and salted when there are two inches of snow, but if they have not come yet or it is icy it can be tough to get up the driveway.
The tram is not a part of the rental and no one should enter or ride the tram at any time.
This home is in the woods and you will see pests. We have a pest service and do our best to keep them out of the house but you will occasionally see a them in the house.
Do not bring pets or extra people to the house without asking first and paying the pet and or extra person fee. People or pets not listed on the rental will be charged at 2x stated fee.
The pool is heated to 80 year round. That may feel cold to some people.

1. In the winter a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended as there is a 1/4 mile hilly driveway. The driveway is plowed and salted when there are two inches of snow, but if they have not come yet or it is icy it can be tough to get up the driveway. The steps to the house and the deck are not shoveled. We proved a shovel and salt

2. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. This means that the neighbors should not be able to hear you during those hours. If the police are called there may be an additional fee or eviction.

3. Guest also understands that the lake house is located in the woods, and that insects and rodents flourish in this environment. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

4. You will have complete and private access to the house and attached deck. You acknowledge that the stairs to the dock and lake (seasonal June to Sept) are shared with the owners who live in the garage apartment across the parking lot from the house.

5. Guest acknowledge that you do not have access to the two boat lifts on the dock nor the boat house. You have private access to the north dock and the owners have the boat house and docks south of your dock. You will NOT have any access to the boat house or the area in front of the boat house. The owners boat is off limits and not for rent under any circumstances. There are cameras at the dock.

6. Any issue that Guest has with the lake house shall be immediately reported to owner via the airbnb message. Guest understands that owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the house to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to owner by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

7. Do NOT flush anything other than waste and toilet paper down the toilet- no feminine products, or baby/facial wipes, flushable etc. If a plumber has to be called during your stay or on the day of checkout, you may be responsible for the repair costs.

7. No amplified music.

8. You acknowledge that we have security cameras for your safety that will be recording during your stay. They are located in the pool area and on the exterior at each entrance to the home (front door, front pool door, deck front near kitchen, two in the center deck, and one on the rear of the deck)

9. No glitter usage anywhere on the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Incredible Property & Owners
My family and I recently stayed at this property and found it to be spectacular in every respect: the quality of the rooms; the views!; the Owners attentiveness; the cleanliness; the details -- it had it all! I would highly recommend it for large family gatherings as the space is perfect - large, abundant, lots of natural sunshine. The views of the lake, and lake access, was truly breathtaking. It was serene watching the sunrise and sunset...made for some incredible family photos. The indoor heated pool was a game changer for the kids as they splashed around in it for hours on end! We very much look forward to visiting again soon!

Best week at the lake!!
This lake house is the best! Plenty of room for our large family. It offers a large pantry and additional refrigerator. Plus two ovens. The kids loved the pool. It was great in the evenings and stormy weather. It offers two living areas. One for the kids to hang out and one for the adults. Owners quickly responded to any questions we had. The hospitality was great!! Looking forward to staying here next year!!!

Overall great place to stay with our family!!!
We loved the small quiet areas all around inside and out. There’s plenty a room for kitchen love the pantry area with the extra refrigerator and of course the kids spent lots of time in the pool. Blair Harris was very much accommodating in all of our needs!! We are looking forward to staying there next year!!
