Spacious rooms, furnished with queen bed, double bed and 2 single bed which suit to all of your family member's needs.
No dog into bedrooms:
Due to some guest allergy to animal furs, It is not possible for the dog to come into any bedroom if you want to check in a dog with you during you stay.
Dog's check-in with a fee, please book the dog too :)
We have a staff room which was set up to look after your dog for you during the night as dog is not allowed to come into other bedrooms due to allergy issue - if dog fur fall on bed and quilt and bedding etc .
However, we do can better address your dog's needs, and we understand how much you love your dog as we do, so, please contact us and let us know if you have any additional need and we will better address it because we also have a dog boarding business:)
the Holiday house entrance is from side Street, Bulbar St, and free parking at backyard driveway parking area, or off street on both Bulbar and Cooma St, there are lots of parking space there.
staff room is in the same house beside the kitchen door.
How to access to the House:
Please make sure you access to the holiday house from the back yard entrance on Bulbar Street at all the time, as dog may live or appear at the ground house sometimes.
Dog Friendly:
Please Note, this is a DOG friendly house. So dogs do live on the property. the Owners also have dog, however the dog will only be kept at the staff room area.
Neighbour hood:
All neighbour have DOGS, and you may hear they are barking when you arrived. That is nature of dogs. If you have issue with dog normal barking, then please do not book with us.

Guest Access:
Guest have no access to the ground floor house and garage and staff room.
Parking;
Off street parking at the parking area opposite to the house, or beside the house.
there is parking area at backyard outside of the garage, however, it is gravels ground, so may not suitable for non 4X4 Car.
Room Type:
We have a queen bed room, a double bed room, and the third room has two single bed (if you booked the whole house) Please let us know which room you are going to use, and how many people will stay in that room.
how to get into the house:
Please be note, the holiday house entrance is from the Bulbar Street, and you can park your car at the back yard parking area, or off street, or opposite to the house on Bulbar Street parking area.
How to meet and great or check in:
We will meet and welcome you at the airbnb guest house. please let us know if anything else we could assist for your comfortable stay with us.
We may have staff live on the property. please be mind that this means you may need to share the house with our staff.
No access to ground floor :
The holiday house is totally separated from our ground floor house. to which, our ground floor house entrance is from the Cooma St.
the first floor house is the guest house (where you have access), and ground floor house is our management house (where you do not have access).
Other things you need to inform us:
Please do not hesitate to share and inform us anything you want to share or discuss with. If you have any special needs, or need any assistant and arrangement please do let us know. We will try our best to accommodate all you need as much as we can.
one day before your arrival, or at least half day before your arrival, could you please let us know how would you like your guest/s' to be arranged about the sleeping room, e.g which room (queen, double or single) and how many people they are going to stay in each room? so that we can prepare towels, beddings, quilt etc for them.
What we provide for your stay:
Each guest will have a quilt and an additional blanket, a towel and a face&hand towel, a pillow (if the guest prefer two pillow please let us know and we will prepare accordingly.
Please also let us know roughly arrival time, so that we can be there at the house to meet you and turn the aircon on earlier for you to warm the rooms & house for you.
How do we keep the house clean and comfortable:
We have daily cleaning service for the common area, e.g. living room and corridors, toilet & bathroom, and kitchen area's floor. However, please make sure all guest clean up after they used the equipment. Please let us know, if you want your room floor to be cleaned each day too, as we also provide customize room cleaning too.
How do you do your laundry:
The house had no washing machine, however, our Dickson centre has. If you need laundry to be done, please let us know as we can bring your laundry to our Dickson centre to be washed.
When you leave and check out:
Please make sure when guests left the house, please turn off the lights in and out, turn off aircon and heating, and check if gas and water in the kitchen and toilet are turned off. We thank you for your cooperation and contribution to our environment green.
