Moderne Villa liegt am karibischen Strand

Diese moderne Villa wird bis zu 8-10 Personen und verfügt über mehr als 5.000 sq ft. Wohnfläche und Terrassen. Es verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, Flachbild-TV mit DVD, Esszimmer, Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten einer modernen Küche, Waschküche, 4 Badezimmer in voller Größe, jeweils mit Dusche. Eine große Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer und eine weitere aus einer Küsten Schlafzimmer.
Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte entfernt von den weißen seidig Strände der mexikanischen Karibik, genießen Sie die Sonne auf Ihrer eigenen Terrasse oder einem Sonnenbad am Pool nur von der Haustür Schritte entfernt. Die obere Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die aqua blau grün Ozean, so weit die Augen können nach Norden und Süden zu sehen.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Schnitt Couch, die mehr als 8 Sitzplätzen wird, dazu gibt es zwei Seiten Stühlen. Der Speisesaal wird 8 Personen in Komfortsitz mit Blick auf den Ozean. Wenn Sie gerne kochen, bietet diese Küche können Sie den Raum, um Gourmet-Mahlzeiten, Snacks am Nachmittag und Cocktails bei 6 Vorbereitung auf den Sonnenuntergang von der obersten Terrasse beobachten. Diese Villa ist entworfen, um zu unterhalten und um Ihren Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie versammelt zu genießen. Viele Feiertage haben in dieser Villa, die von dem Besitzer und ihre Familie und Freunde gefeiert.
Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten, es gibt Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Busse fahren auch zu allen Stunden alle paar Minuten und Abholung in der vor dem Grundstück nur für ein paar Pesos. Diese Busse bringen Sie zu allen Cancun Restaurants und Hot Spots. Taxis sind auch in der vor der Wohnung.
Es gibt ein Eingangstor mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheit.

Highly recommend this stay We came with a family of 10 adults and 2 newborns and celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. The pool and beach are so close- 20 steps away. White sand beach where we saw baby turtles hatch and momma turtles laying eggs at night—so cool. Those that wanted to do excursions booked through the property and were picked up each day. The best part of this property was Chef Mar- we hired her to cook for us twice a day!! It was sooo yummy and she is so kind and accommodating. We also hired her to buy snacks for our kitchen so we never went shopping. She served us a giant breakfast and dinner as we sat around a big dining room table. It was a great experience having all our children spouses and new grand babies together for breakfast and dinner each day! We will be coming back. Suggestions- if you have a bigger party book this place and a few rooms at the hotel/condos on sight- then your party can still be near one another.

60th birthday vacation
Views from this property are beautiful. Miriam was amazing and responded quickly. The only drawbacks I’d say were that you couldn’t just walk to restaurants and we thought the beach was a swimming beach but it’s sting waves. Two of the a/c units were leaking water in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Everything else was great.

Amazing house and location
We had a great time during our stay. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and all the amenities we needed and then some (beach towels, even sunscreen, some toiletries, well-stocked kitchen). The house location was also perfect - directly outside the main gate was where you could catch the bus which was very simple to use and they came by every 5 min or so. The house is so close to the water, we so enjoyed just watching the water the whole time. It was quite humid when we were there so we couldn't really open the doors to enjoy the breeze but sitting outside was still quite nice and the views just went on forever. Access to the bar was quite literally only about 20 steps away from the back deck which was quite convenient. We did several excursions during the week and were able to get pickup with all of them from the resort lobby so no need to rent a car which saved some money. And Miriam was amazing, was very accessible to answer any question we had over the week, always so friendly and accommodating. We also took advantage of her suggestion to hire Chef Mar to come cook for us nearly everyday and that was the best decision ever! Talk about being able to relax and not have to worry about cooking or cleaning up after - it was heaven! Amazing food and she was so accommodating to come whenever we needed her to. Such a great vacation, would definitely book there again. Do it - you won't regret it.

Fantastic
My wife and I took our 5 kids age 14-26 plus a son and daughter in law to this fantastic home on the beach. We usually are go, go, go on vacation, but the amazing view of the ocean, roomy comfortable living area and beach right off our spacious patio had us taking our time every morning before heading out to adventures. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean. We are talking about coming again already. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Family Treat
This was my first time using VRBO. My siblings and I aged 55-72 with one youngster aged 21 years had a wonderful experience. My initial contact with Miriam was 6 months before my arrival. She responded to every text and phone call immediately. Miriam assisted with Transportation to and from the villa. , day trips, shopping, and other places of interest. We used Chef. Mar who cooked 4 meals for the family and on our last day a Mexican fiesta complete with a game of loterria. Thank you Miriam we cannot wait to return

Great Family Vacation
We had a great family vacation. The patio had enough chairs for all of us and the beach was not crowded. The only down side of our trip was the wind was very high during our stay, so we were unable to get in the ocean much. The living space was great. All nine of us had plenty of room. The best part of our stay was the private chef, Chef Mar. She was fantastic! Every meal was perfect. We had plenty to eat, but it was so good, we did not have many leftovers. Miriam was extremely helpful. She was quick to communicate and meet our needs. Both Chef Mar and Miriam are 10 out of 10. It allowed us to have a relaxing Spring Break. Tourist tip: If you decide to take the bus to Wal-Mart, it is very inexpensive and we felt safe. However, if you are returning in the afternoon, we found that all of the buses were overcrowded.

Awesome!
We had a great time here! Miriam did a great job with our questions before we even arrived and was waiting to welcome our group of 8 when we disembarked at the entrance. She helped us secure transportation from the airport, which was a great start to our vacation. The villa itself was perfect for us and we loved the location. Very clean, modern, and more than enough room. The beach was just a few steps away and the pool area very nice. The highlight of our stay was Chef Mar! We booked her to prepare dinner every night and we’re so glad we did. We can’t recommend her enough. The dinners were outstanding with plenty of food for all. If you’re on the fence about whether to have her cook for you, just do it. We’re already planning a return trip and looking forward to staying here again.

Ideal Family Getaway
Don’t look any further than this Villa overlooking the beautiful Caribbean turquoise water. You’re still in Cancun, but not by the skyscraper. Hi hotels on the northern strip. Beach was less crowded, and the property immaculate. But the best of all was our host Miriam. She was a ready and willing concierge. And helped us with anything and everything we needed.

Wonderful condo in Cancun
I spent the past week with my family, two adult children and husbands, kids (age 7, 3, 2), and my wife. The Condo was facing the ocean, steps to the beach. Pool was adjoining the beach and also great for kids, although cold, without heating. Didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant at location as we cooked most meals in the condo and had a few nights out. Cancun is very expensive for meals, and restaurants are not great. We had fund traveling to Puerto Morelos and Isla Mujeres to enjoy beach without waves for the little kids. Unfortunately, we had surf all days, except the last at the condo beach. Renting a car is not worth the trouble as the insurance was more than the car rental. It is cheaper and easier to take the bus when traveling around Cancun (12 pesos/person). A wonderful time! Thank you Miriam Ramirez for all your help!

The place is absolutely perfect and I was so happy to have found it. Miriam is very helpful and will message you with any information you need including places to go, rides from the airport, etc. The villa itself could not be in a better location with the pool and bar directly out your front door and the ocean/bar directly out your back door. Additionally the place was secure, had taxis onsite 24/7 for easy travel, and a bus station right outside that will take you up and down the hotel zone. The place was clean and comfortable and was just perfect for our quick trip to Cancun. I highly recommend this villa.

We could not of asked for a better vacation
This was one of the best vacations we have had as a family and it mostly came down to working with Miriam. She provided us with referrals for everything that we wanted to do the week of our vacation and needed referrals for. The one that made the biggest impact in our vacation was Chef Octavio Reyes who came into the condo and cooked meals for us daily. This brought such a large amount of relaxation to us as for two meals a day we were not trying to gather up 8 people and find a place to eat or cook. His meals were top shelf from the home made sauces to the entrées to the fresh drinks he made for each meal. The mid week deep clean of the condo was perfect as well. Three ladies came in and performed the work with a quickness and perfection. The views from the condo and location to the beach could not of been any better along with separate AC's in each of the rooms to make all of us happy with our own desired sleeping temps. I had not been to Cancun in over 20 year. They have made a lot of great changes to the hotel zone and the city, we are looking forward to going back soon.

I didn’t see any other place in Cancun that was as close to the beach as we were. Basically we stayed right on the ocean. The only downside is that the pool bar was closed and the food wasn’t very good at the resort. The villa itself was very nice but had a lot of stairs and was not very safe for older individuals. The host was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. Had a private chef that was amazing!

Best Villa in the Hotel Zone!
Our family of 10 loved hanging out on the beachfront Terrace everyday to relax, soak up the sun and watch the waves. We were a few steps away from the sandy beach, the pools and the beach bar. The Villa is so spacious and comfortable, we couldn't have wished for a better holiday and we are all looking forward to coming back again! Through contacts we received from our great Hostess Miriam, we enjoyed services from a Car Service, a Private Chef and a Photographer. Can't say enough about the great location of this Villa and how lovely and quiet it was to have the pleasure to stay in. Thanks again Miriam for providing our family with such a great time!

True oceanfront location with a fantastic property manager
The views from this unit are better than the pictures show, with amazing sunrise views and a spacious outdoor patio to relax on with enough chairs for everyone. We had seven adults and the unit was as advertised, so it was nice that each couple/individual had their own bedroom and bathroom. We can't say enough about property manager Miriam Ramirez. She was there for our every need before and during our stay. She's one in a million! We also appreciated the mid-stay thorough cleaning of the unit. We had chef Nassim (which Miriam recommended) cook two dinners for us, and I'd highly recommend hiring him. He's very personable and a great cook.

This is a wonderful property on the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. There is easy access to the beach and the bus. The kids enjoyed feeding the resident iguanas! I can’t praise our host, Meriam, enough. She was amazing and helped us with many things.
