Experience the beauty of Royal Gorge while staying at this quiet &cozy 3-bed/2-bath home in Canon City! Loaded with essentials, this home away from home features Smart TVs, high-end appliances, and a workspace, ideal for getting work done on the road. After a day of exploring The Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, Skyline Drive, or rafting on The Arkansas, there’s nothing like returning home and relaxing on the patio, grilling, and enjoying an evening of pool, darts, and air hockey in the game room.

We would suggest that you download the booking app before traveling as this is our primary method of communication and all information about the listing can be found in the app.

I am available in person, by phone, text or email to help make your stay the best experience possible. I like to give my guests privacy on their stays unless they indicate otherwise (i.e. looking for recommendations, adventures, local guides, etc.). I live close by and can address any concerns quickly. I have a local co host (Kristi) who is also a Superhost and assists me as well to make sure your questions or concerns are answered efficiently and accurately. We truly want your experience at a furnished home to be relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

There are 2 EV charging stations at 420 Main St (backside of building - access is from Hwy 50) and there is one EV charging station at Pueblo Community College - Fremont Campus in Canon City. It is on the North side of the building. Address is: 51320 US-50, Cañon City, CO 81212.

For safety/security reasons, we ask that you not open the garage doors.

We host traveling professionals & personnel 30+ day stays.

The guest/house manual has a lot of useful information to include local trails, resource guides, restaurants, Wi-Fi info, etc. it is located inside the home and we ask that you review it, as it helps answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our home and area.

There is a blue garbage can out front of the house that is for your use should you have additional garbage. The garbage is picked up on Wednesday morning so we will be by Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning to roll it out to the street.

Check-in is after 3pm. We do not allow late check-outs.

During the summer, if you are staying over on a Monday, there will be mowers stopping by to mow the front and back yard.

We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs (with a fee). Please add your dog(s) to the reservation. Additional dogs may be considered for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to booking.

You must agree to use the pooper scooper provided to pick up after your pet(s). You must also agree to use the provided dog blankets and covers on the furniture if your pets are accustomed to getting on the furniture. We have designated dog towels for their use if needed. These can be found in the labeled cabinet in the kitchen.

Please note that since we do allow dogs at this house, our cleaners do their best to thoroughly clean after each guest however there may be places that dog hair hides so if you would prefer, we have other places that we don't allow dogs.

For all our safety, there is a security camera on the front of the house facing the street, one at the front door in the doorbell and one facing the backyard. Audio and video recording is triggered by movement.

There are deer, rabbits and some variety of wildlife that may walk past during your stay. Please be respectful as this is their home and do not chase them.

Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP :)

Any items left behind and not claimed will be donated after 30 days. If you wish to have them mailed back to you, there will be a $30 fee for s/h required before sending, and we mail on Friday's. Thank you!

Roomy, beautiful house near all attractions
This property is roomy, comfortable, full of amenities, a great fenced-in back yard, covered patio, and is within easy distance of town and area attractions. The place was sparkling clean and well decorated. The bed and pillows we used in the master bedroom were very comfortable, and we slept really well. There was an amazing array of different types of games to play. There were toys and bowls for our dog. The back yard is about 75% hardscape (pebbles and small rocks) with trees for shade. But there is also a nice, big patch of thick grass that my dog really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great girls getaway
This was just the perfect place for a girlfriends getaway. You would have to spend weeks in this town to take in all that it offers. The house setup was perfect for our group of 6. The view is spectacular. ** only regret was I left my favorite yeti cup in dishwasher... On a family vacation and stopped in Canon City for a couple of nights. Great little house that allowed everyone to have some space, we could cook our own meals, do laundry mid-trip, and a cool game room in the garage that the kids enjoyed. Was surprised how well the kitchen was stocked with things to use and everything was supplied for laundry. Communication from the property managers was excellent and access to the property was easy. Located just a couple of blocks off 50 so close proximity to everything. Would absolutely stay here again if visiting in the future!

Absolutely Perfect!!
This home is exactly what you need if you are in the Canyon city area. The owners were prompt answering all questions & went above and beyond to accommodate for our entire family including the pups😅 The house is in a small neighborhood right in Canyon City. It was easy to find & to get checked in. The house itself is set up absolutely perfectly for a family plus their pups! The owners have the house fully stocked with everything from high chairs, cribs, pack n plays & toys for the kiddos. Ohh and I can’t forget the cute lil kids corner with all the things you need to color and play independently! Then for the pups, they have extra bowls, toys (both inside & out), dog beds, & more for them. The back yard is something to note, it’s fully fenced in & has several seating options with a grill & covered patio. The size is amazing & so much room for pups to run and be safe! The house has all the amenities fully stocked for you with neatly labeled cabinets so you can always find what you are looking for! I couldn't ask for a better house to have called our home while on vacation!

The house was very nice and spacious for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances to prepare meals at home. The house was well stocked with linens,detergents, and soaps. Although we did not have any pets I was surprised at the focus on them. I like the small town atmosphere but close enough to a large city for day trips. Was perfect location to go to the Royal Gorge Park, rafting and horseback riding in Garden of the Gods. The Skyline Drive was amazing. I would defiantly come to this house again!
