„What we most appreciated about this lovely hotel was the secured parking, the friendly staff, the lovely spa included in the room rate, the beautiful park and pool, and the fact they have a restaurant on site that is actually very good ! „Fangen wir mit dem Guten an: Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich, liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Der Service im Restaurant ist freundlich, was hier noch besser werden kann ist noch mehr Achtsamkeit auf den Gast und die weine richtig temperieren. Raumtemperatur beim Rotwein ist zu waem, insbesondere da der Speisesaal wenn überhaupt nur minimal klimatisiert ist. Damit wären wir dann auch schon bei dem Punkt, welchen ich als nicht akzeptabel empfinde: Die Klimaanlage war am Ankunftstag bei 30 Grad ...
