The apartment benefits from a large living space equipped with a 43-inch SMART TV with Netflix and Disney+ and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom which is an en-suite to bedroom 1 and has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Please note that this bathroom can only be accessed via Bedroom 1.
WORKSPACE:
Bedroom 2 benefits from a monitor (Apple 23"), desk and chair ideal for working in the apartment. So if you are a key worker, Contractor, or business traveller, we have the perfect environment for your stay with us.

Extremely central location. There is a Waitrose (grocery store) 2 minutes away, a pub and coffee shop 10 seconds away and numerous takeaways and restaurants a few minutes walk away.
The high street is only a few minutes walk with Fenwick, Zara, H&M, Primark and a variety of other chains.
Walking everywhere is extremely easy as Canterbury is very compact.
Parking is everywhere and very close by although quite expensive. I can organise parking 2 minutes from the property for an additional fee of £9 per night (valid from check-in to check-out time).
RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 9pm the quiet times are to be respected.
*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise monitoring system located in the property.
T&Cs / DEPOSIT:
We require the completion of our check-in form. This includes an agreement to our booking terms & payment of a refundable security deposit. This security deposit will be returned upon checkout unless there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
EXTRAS:
If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.

PARKING:
A parking voucher can be organised (from 30 minutes before check-in to 30 minutes after check-out) at a cost of £9 per day. Please contact us to organise this.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning, linen changeovers and consumable restocking for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost.
THINGS TO NOTE:
There are no cooking or laundry facilities in the property. There is however a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities. Please note that there is no kitchen
The host lives at the back of the property in a converted studio flat and use a separate rear entrance. Double-locked doors are separating both areas.
The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 1st floor and must be accessed by claiming stairs. Being a Victorian terrace these are quite steep.
