See a rocket launch directly out the front door which faces the launch pads. This complex is located on the beach with a boardwalk leading to the sand. This complex is close to the port which has many restaurants to choose from. NOTE: we own two condos at this property so we can easily manage your multi-family vacation!

The space
Guests have keyed access to the large heated pool, as well as the shuffle board court and a putting green. The hallway bench has putters & balls, and shuffle board supplies are located outside by the court.

For families traveling with small children, a pack & play and high chair are available.

Coded locks are used in all common areas (pool, pool bathrooms, beach access gate, stairwell doors).

Self check-in with keypad.

Plenty of parking. There is a reserved spot close to the building for this unit. There is also plenty of additional parking in un-numbered spots if you have more than one vehicle.

Tons of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the condo, plus the Cocoa Beach Pier!

There are often rocket launches so be sure to check the schedule online at the Kennedy Space Center. You can view from the complex or stroll out to the beach for amazing beach rocket launch viewing!

The beaches are really nice here, lots of great surfing, beautiful sand, wide beaches, gradual grade in the water, not too crowded. Best in Florida in our opinion!
