Fabulous Stay by the Beach!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family at Seaclusion! The townhome is extremely well equipped and just a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to watch a SpaceX launch during our stay right on the beach. I’d highly recommend Seaclusion if you plan to be in the Cape Canaveral area. It was also a short 10 min trip to the Cruise Terminal making easy access to catch our ship!

One of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at. Great location, great facility. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that EVERYTHING you may need is readily available. It’s obvious the owners took great care to think of all the comforts for a vacation. Beautiful decorated and plenty of room for our extended family! Bonus launch happened and we had a front row seat on the beach!

This house was perfect for two families to share with the split level. It was stocked to fit all of our needs. Plenty of beach equipment and the beach is a short walk. Kitchen was stocked... we cooked all our meals. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and had everything we could have needed. The only reason I did not give it the 5 starts was because we were supposed to check in at 4:00 and the house was still being cleaned. We were able to go in but she was still there cleaning until 5:30 :-/ Also the code was not changed to my phone number like I was told it would so the side door was not Really accessible. But we used the front door. No big deal. Other than that a very lovely vacation home.

Family Seaclusion for Son's Wedding
Beautiful, updated home with room for the entire family to stay comfortably. Very clean and very cozy beds. Easy walk to the beach and good view for watching rocket launches. Beautiful peacocks in nearby neighborhoods. Our son had his wedding in nearby Titusville so we were in and out a lot so did not get a chance to enjoy the beach except for early morning walks. But the host had everything your family would need for fun on the beach. After checking out, our son realized that he had left valuable jewelry at the home. The host quickly responded and we were able to get it back. Thank you to Lauren and Jarad for making their home a part of making our son's wedding so memorable!

Great property and convenient location
We stayed in this property with our extended family, kids and adults. It was in a great location within walking distance to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded and felt safe. It was also convenient for us to drive towards NASA. The house had a wagon, Beach toys and towels for us to use at the beach. Appliances are all new and we’re working as expected. I would stay here again if I were to travel here.

Home yesterday from our Girls Weekend at Seaclusion. We rented this also last December for a family trip and loved it so much I booked it for our annual college reunion. This is a beautifully well maintained property with every possible amenity. There are 4 spacious bedroom ensuites each with a king bed. Truly each could be considered a master. Multiple porches with a grill on upper and lower level. With this large of group the 2 full kitchens were used and appreciated - both fully stocked. Lauren and Jared could not be better hosts. Welcoming and quick response to any question or problem. Thanks again - we’ll be back.

Great vacation
Everything about this property was exactly as listed. Beautiful home, immaculate upon arrival, tons of room for our party of 8. We had a great time staying here. The house had everything we needed it even included beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, umbrella, bikes. The owner, Jared, was very responsive and even called to let us know there was a launch happening while we were there. We would highly recommend renting this property!

Amazing Experience!
This house has amazing! Our family travels to the beach every 2 or so years for family vacation. We have stayed at many different beach houses over the past 40 years but this house had it all! From bikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, coolers, outside shower, two grills, two well stocked kitchens, and amazing close to the beach. Jared is personable and we found him to be very accessible. He even checked in with us after a few days to see if there was anything that he could do to make our stay more comfortable. From check in to check out- the experience was a very good experience. I couldn't recommend this house enough.

Great property in a great location
We rented this house for 11 adult members of our family to stay for vacation. The check-in process was super easy, with the owner emailing a few days before to give me the door code. Upon arrival we found a beautifully renovated and spacious home. We had plenty of space for 11 adults. There are 2 kitchens, and a nice patio. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, canopies, and bikes for our use. Jared the owner texted while we were there to give us a heads up there would be a rocket launch we might want to watch. The location is excellent, with beach access almost directly across the street. We would definitely stay here again.
