„Pine Breeze was exactly as described on VRBO. Small but perfect for us. We spent much of our time on the lovely Lanai and beside the pool. Everyone staying there in one of the Condo's or living there full time were hospitable and fun to be around. The unit was very well stocked so when we return next winter we won't have to bring anything except our clothes. So happy to have found this place in Paradise.“

„Give this place a five star rating. The view is absolutely gorgeous. All the appliances in the kitchen are first class. The only thing I would change is it needs a lounge chair for older people the furniture is too low for an only person to get up comfortably that does not change the five star rating. I would come back next year definitely.“

There is underground parking that is well lit and safe. The unit itself is a fully remodeled two bedroom two bath unit overlooking a canal in Cape Coral. „The view of the canal and pool out the back was very nice. The view out the front is of a very busy road just before a bridge going over the river so it can be difficult to get in and out at times. The condo was clean but the overall condition of the building is tired and needed the weeds taken care of on the pool deck, however, the pool itself was very clean.“
