Located along the main path into the village, you will be steps away from shopping, restaurants and best of all, the ocean! Parking is included so you won't have to worry about driving anywhere!

The Space:
This is an older home that has been eclectically designed with items acquired through travels. There is carpet throughout the home.

- 2 reserved parking spaces inside a parking garage. There is paid street parking available too.

- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Getting Around:
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)
- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South)

Other Things to Note:
- We’re happy to welcome your furry friend to this dog-friendly condo! You can bring along 1 dog, 30 lbs or smaller, for a $25/night pet fee. Just let us know if your four-legged companion will be joining you!
- This condo is perfectly situated in the heart of lively Capitola Village, offering you a front-row seat to all the excitement! While you may hear sounds from nearby shops, travelers, and passing cars, it’s all part of the vibrant energy that makes this location so special.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
