„The condo was nice with all the basics but not a lot of extras. It wa right on the beach. There was a nice schemed in patio. There was a lot of hurricane recovery construction in process. The beach was nice with a lot of shells. There were a handful of restaurants open on the island, loved the live music at RC Otters“

„We loved every single minute of our stay in this magical place. The location was phenomenal, the house had everything you could imagine, and the owner/ and manager of the property were attentive to every detail! “

„My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the Beach Villas on gorgeous Captiva Island! The staff was great to work with and answered questions quickly. The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The way it is currently described implies it is inside the villa.“

„Despite the fact that all of Captiva and Sanibel are still working feverishly to recover from Hurricane Ian, the condo we stayed in was perfect. There is some noise outside, but it is necessary reconstruction/remodeling noise. Even so, one could barely hear it indoors. The pool was less than 100 steps from our unit and I was usually the only one there. The company that owns the unit was most accommodating and easy with which to work. “

„The owner was delightful! She answered all questions and was a marvelous host. The home was beautiful. Golf cart certainly was a plus. Captiva is rebuilding nicely. “

„Clean. Within walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys a nice touch. Good location. Quiet location. The only thing missing are draperies on all of the windows. The sun shines through the sliding glass doors in the morning and makes it a little warm. Could probably save some money by putting up blinds to keep the sun out and not run the air conditioner constantly. All in all we had a lovely stay at The Bungalow in Captiva . Thank you.“

„We stayed 5 nights in mid December and temperatures were 80F daytime and 65F night so it was really pleasant. This unit is waterfront with views of the ocean. The unit was recently renovated and was clean. The beach is beautiful and about a 200 foot walk from the unit. There are several exterior swimming pools but didn’t use them. Great place and would stay there again. “

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Es gab kostenlose Räder und auch Buchungen über die Rezeption waren kein Problem. Infos über Restaurants waren inbegriffen sowie Tips zu Fahrradtouren und Ausflügen Das Essen in der Anlage war gut. Zimmer waren sauber, Poolanlage gepflegt. Alles machte einen gepflegten und unterhaltenen Eindruck. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. “

„Was uns am meisten gestört hat ist, dass offensichtliche Informationen wie z.B: Kein Lift oder Renovation aufgrund Naturkatastrophe nur 'nebenbei' erwähnt und nicht als markanter Text hervorgehoben werden. Das hat bei uns einen faden Geschmack hinterlassen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft (Tennis Villa) sehr schön, grosszügig und sehr gemütlich. Auch der Stand war super schön und sauber.“
