„This is a cute place. They are still working on it. It’s is actually three bedrooms; the “fourth” bedroom is a room off the kitchen with a pull out couch and curtains that can be closed on two sides of the room. It was clean and perfect for our one night stay. “

„Had a hard time getting ahold of host at first and couldn’t access the house for a bit. Found an open and unlocked bedroom window and the laundry was a mess but we did end up being able to use it. There was also a neighbor yelling in the streets our first day. Other than that, house was newer and comfortable and close enough to the caverns for easy access. We would stay again if we were back in the area. “

„Neighborhood was decent. House was neat and tidy except for random bits (e.g., a few legos) in the backyard. There's a nice backyard deck where we ate a couple meals. Location is great -- decent distance to Carlsbad Caverns! There are TVs in every bedroom, a dining room, and the living room. Overall, a nice experience.“
