„Strong communication throughout with the hosts so there were no surprises. The location is amazing right across from the beach with a great view of sunset. Lots of little amenities within the house showing the amount of thought and care put in for guests to maximize stay. The place is very spacious as we had 9 in beds (6 adults; 3 toddlers), and one in a pack and play, and we all had plenty of space. Highly recommend for those going to Carlsbad.“

„Immaculate apartment with beautiful view of Pacific sunsets. Enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, firepit, minigolf and gym. Easy walk to beach. Great communication from the owner. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. A very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay!“

Limited kitchen items; no coffee pods for Keurig, no salt & pepper or any other kitchen items that you’d expect in a vrbo. Sheets and towels low quality; not luxurious by any means. „Cathy great to work with but we got a less than ideal location with view of a street and stop sign. I asked that we be moved to a better location when we checked in but we were told that the resort was full, too bad so sad. I appreciated Cathy giving them a call but to no avail. Otherwise the Aviara is a knockout in stunning Carlsbad. I’m a bit nervous about booking in the future as I was told that owners will get priority locations. This may have been a one off unfortunate situation as owners ...

„Hatten zu fünft 2 Schlafzimmer, war bestens. Das Hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch bestens. Die Pools sind für die Anzahl an Personenen etwas dürftig. Zumal der eine Pool als sogenannter Adult Pool angeschrieben ist, was er aber eigentlich nicht ist und es in dieser Anlage auch nicht braucht... Ansonsten war es ganz ok.“

„Staying here is so amazing, my husband and I have spent our last two anniversaries here now. The location is very convenient and walking distance to the top restaurants and bars and of course, the beach. Jim is a great host and is very communicative; it is clear he cares about his guests. “
