Seize this rare opportunity for your family or group to stay in a newly remodeled, spacious home on exclusive Carmel Point in Carmel, California.

This home provides guests with easy access to Carmel's Scenic Drive, Carmel River State Beach and Carmel-by-the-Sea's pet-friendly Carmel City Beach.

The Space:
Carmel's Isabella-by-the-Sea offers guest two (2) bedrooms, two+ (2.5) baths plus a separate sleeping bonus room with sofa sleeper, and a media/den that seats five (5) with a flat screen SMART TV'. The upper level deck affords Guest open views. The living room is newly furnished and features ample light through the floor to ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings.

A 2020 remodel includes new hardwood French Oak floors, a new Chefs kitchen with silestone counter tops, top of the line Viking stainless steel appliances, new fixtures and new bathrooms. Even the laundry room has new cabinets and appliances!!!

Isabella-by-the-Sea upper level offers a living room, dining area, full kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space, plus Master Suite, which comes with a newly remodeled en suite bath.

The living room is furnished with a high quality sectional and arm chairs offering comfortable seating for seven (7) people to gather around the Carmel Stone Fireplace and large Flat Screen TV

The Master suite features a new King bed with, luxury linens,  Flat Screen TV, and a spa-like Master bath complete with separate shower stall, towels and linens.

The main level is rounded out with a half bath / powder room.

Isabella-by-the-Sea's second bedroom suite provides a new King bed with luxury linens and bedding. This room also offers guests a Flat Screen TV. A newly remodeled bath is fully provisioned with Tub, Shower, linens and toiletries to meet guests needs.

The bonus room is furnished with a new Queen Sofa sleeper bed and luxury linens. This room also has a Flat Screen TV.

The lower level also has a media / den with a leather futon that pulls out to a full size sleeper. It has ample storage and closet space and an easily accessible, spacious laundry room equipped with a new high efficiency Washer and Dryer set.

Your hosts have provided the services of Carmel Coast Estate, Inc a locally owned and operated full service Real Estate and Property Management company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit.

We clean our homes with hospital grade, environmentally friendly, pet & child safe cleaning solutions. Our primary cleaning agent kills 99.99% of all pathogens known to man. As a Sanitizer, it kills 99.99% of common bacteria, As a Virucide it kills 99.99% of viruses, ranging from Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, Influenza A2, CV1 through 19, Ebola, HBV and HIV-1, Hepatitis C.

County of Monterey Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate # 001817

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

My family and I have stayed in several nice places in Carmel in the last few years, and liked this one best of all. It's spacious and elegant/modern-feeling, and the location is terrific, just minutes to the beach or a pleasant walk to downtown. We enjoyed staying in watching movies in front of the fireplace, and there's a great outdoor patio as well. Wonderful place to relax for a weekend or a while longer.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful house that was even closer to the beach than we realized it would be. The house is very clean and well stocked. We loved the location and found it easy to walk to town or drive. Not sure what parking would be like during busier months. The only downside to the house is the 3rd bedroom opens to the upstairs and there is no closet. It makes a nice office but is not a full bedroom. Overall, wonderful house that I would come back to.

Beautiful Home in the Ideal Location
My husband and I brought our two young kids and the grandparents along for a wonderful stay in Carmel! This was our second visit to Carmel-by-the-Sea, and having previously stayed in a hotel, this home and the neighborhood blew us away! The house was stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable - beach towels, cooking supplies, wine glasses, etc! We loved the layout - perfect for our family with two master suites and a pull-out couch for the kids - and all of the natural light that poured in through large windows and skylights. The house was clean, check-in process easy, and all I can say is location, location, LOCATION! We were an easy walk away from both Carmel Beach and Carmel River State Beach, a few minutes drive from Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, the Ocean Avenue shops, and Carmel Valley wineries, and we enjoyed just walking around the lovely neighborhood, enjoying the architecture and gardens. We made some wonderful memories. Can't wait until our next visit!

The home was well designed, open to the outdoors (surrounding outdoor decks with gas fireplace). Downstairs had two bedrooms with den and bathroom. Upstairs had master bedroom, LR (with fireplace), DR (seats 8 comfortably) and wonderfully designed/well-organized kitchen (everything you needed!). There was a 6 minute walk to a beautiful white sandy beach with blue, rhythmic waves. We were enchanted and the amenities were first class. Sparkly new, with Ritz-Carlton clean. Definitely will go there again! Close to many great breakfast and dinner restaurants as well.

This is a perfect place for family getaways because the property contains top notch amenities, super clean and well maintained, close to (multiple) beaches, super quiet neighborhood, can roast marshmallows, and my kids love running up and down the stairs, close to Carmel downtown and Monterey, etc. We were very happy with the stay and will definitely revisit.

Great House
It's tough to find a nice house to rent in Carmel without paying a lot. This one fit the bill. Not only is everything new and up to date, but the kitchen is well stocked with lots of nice extras. The master and downstairs bedroom are great, the hide-a-couch downstairs is a little funky because it's in a very small room where a big portion of the ceiling is open to the upper floor. Noise and light move freely from the upper to lower floor. There is also a futon which is better for sleeping down there, but no privacy. These options would be fine for kids or teens but weren't great for our 30-year-old son and his wife. The outside deck is excellent, and the location is great if you want to be close to the beach. It's about a mile walk into the center of town, which we didn't mind, but some might. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a get-away to Carmel.
