„It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs.“

„We had a fabulous time here. The property is excellent, check in a breeze, location idyllic and hosts fantastic.We really had a great relaxing time. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the slow cooker which I wasn't expecting them to have. A great stock of board games too. It is truly a home away from home. Hot tub was brilliant, my daughter loved it. We will definitely be back but for longer. “

„We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. „We had a lovely time in this beautiful house - there was plenty of living space for the whole group to spread out and we loved having a big group dinner in the grand dining room. The house is old and some niggles are to be expected (minor cobwebs, loose doorknobs, a couple of chipped mugs) and they definitely didn't take away from our love for the place (and shouldn't deter anyone else!).“

„Fantastic location next to the canal enjoyed watching boats going past. Nice walks around and other places nearby. Only thing wrong with the discrimination of the property is it says it has a hot tub but it has a bath inside the house and no hot tub outside. We still enjoyed our visit “
