„The hotel is in a good area“

„The front desk staff was very welcoming. The room had coffee but no cream or sugar. Hall carpeting very stained and dirty as was the carpet in the breakfast area. It appears they are in the process of updating landscaping, but many areas had weeds growing in beds knee high. It made the hotel look abandoned. Trash can outside entrance was full. Very disappointing !“

„Ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll. 1. Zimmer ging 3x nicht zu öffnen. Dann bekamen wir ein neues. Das war um 18 Uhr nicht gereinigt. Das 3. Zimmer ging. Nur nach einmaliger Toilettenbenutzung lief durchgehend die Spühlung. Erst nach Abdrehen des Wassers war ruhe im Zimmer. Frühstück war das schlechteste was ich je bekommen hatte. Kaffee mit nur einer Bohne. Kein Saft nur Wasser oder Milch. Waffeln geschmacksneutral. Auf den Bildern ist Rührei zu sehen. Das gab es aber nicht. I don't know ...

„The pool was freezing cold. When you were in your room you could hear absolutely everything going on outside of your room. The shampoo and body wash inside the room were enough for one person one time use. Definitely not enough for 3 people staying there. The beds were super uncomfortable. The only thing this hotel had that was good was their breakfast.“

You see some spures of earlier decades (elictricity issues) and what is of my point of view a clear minus: you hear your neighbours and people talking on the floor very clearly, what means, that ist not a perfect building or that the hotel has been renovated completely. This you can see also in the Whirlpool area.... Now the + things: - Very friendly and competend stuff - Really great Breakfast - Very nice rooms, ...

„They staff was very polite and helpful the breakfast was wonderful. The room we stayed in was big but the carpet was disgusting and some things were showing a lot of wear. If they would invest in a good carpet cleaning and spruce up the bathroom this would be 5 stars.“
