„I was considering the Marriot Towne Center in Charleston WV first bc my family was there. I'm glad I choose Microtel. Wow what a difference! My family was not at all happy at the Marriot and I could definitely see the upscale difference. My room was crisp and clean. The bathroom the same. The amenities in the room the best. „This is a great place to stop after a long drive. I was exhausted from a very stressful day and difficult week. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and knew I made the correct decision stopping here. It was very clean, comfortable and safe.“

„Room -230- was pretty clean and did not spell of smoke or pot. Breakfast eggs could have been cooked longer, too runny, and I usually eat anything. Cream cheese but no bagels, especially on a Saturday morning when it is busy, you should have more options. Everything else was good.“

„Only giving two stars because of the staff member who was there when we arrived and the quality of the breakfast. Otherwise, terrible experience. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful, especially when the first set of keys didn't work and again when I had to ask for extra towels (only two bath towels in a two bedroom suite booked for a family of 5). The room was gross — we found a pair of men's boxer shorts in the bathroom, secondary sink in the second suite room was not cleaned. ...
