„This is a nice property that's clean, has good service, and the casino was bigger than expected. Was there on a Friday night and they had plenty of slots to choose from, plenty that were available, and a nice variety of table games with room to join. Service was mixed here with some being great and occasionally feeling ignored. All in all, we'd stay again as Charleston is a typical stopping point for us on road trips.“

„Indeed, shortly brought to the point: - This hotel has been renovated up to 100%. You see some spures of earlier decades (elictricity issues) and what is of my point of view a clear minus: you hear your neighbours and people talking on the floor very clearly, what means, that ist not a perfect building or that the hotel has been renovated completely. This you can see also in the Whirlpool area.... Now the + things: - Very friendly and competend stuff - Really great Breakfast - Very nice rooms, ...

„This is a great place to stop after a long drive. I was exhausted from a very stressful day and difficult week. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and knew I made the correct decision stopping here. It was very clean, comfortable and safe.“

„Ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll. 1. Zimmer ging 3x nicht zu öffnen. Dann bekamen wir ein neues. Das war um 18 Uhr nicht gereinigt. Das 3. Zimmer ging. Nur nach einmaliger Toilettenbenutzung lief durchgehend die Spühlung. Erst nach Abdrehen des Wassers war ruhe im Zimmer. Frühstück war das schlechteste was ich je bekommen hatte. Kaffee mit nur einer Bohne. Kein Saft nur Wasser oder Milch. Waffeln geschmacksneutral. Auf den Bildern ist Rührei zu sehen. Das gab es aber nicht. I don't know ...

„Room was clean & comfortable. However the surfaces like carpeting & chair were showing excessive wear. Not attractive. HVAC was very noisy when turning on & off.“
