There was a lot of minor damages that wasn't mention in rentall agreement, but was i reviews that was given over a2yrs ago. But the hone itself was beautiful.

disaster from the start ,when we arrived
well check in time was pushed from 4:00 to 5:30 to start because the cleaning company was way late. had to beg to go in because we had a wedding to go to and needed to change. so the cleaning job was a disaster and i didn't have time to look over the place . To my mistake on me turned into a extra 150.00 charge for a microwave that we didn't even use. i would not recommend this place to anyone and the owner is a scammer. good luck if you book this place

BEWARE OF HOST
Second day of our stay my husband attempted to use the microwave when the door fell completely off. When we called the host to let her know about the microwave, she let us know the microwave was supposed to be taped up so no one could use it, as the last guests had destroyed it. She then became unconcerned saying “ I don’t know what you want me to do. I haven’t had time to replace it. You can go get a microwave and I will Zelle you the money. Or just be CLEAR, what do you want me to do?” When I let her know that I would not be replacing her microwave for her property and I wanted her to reimburse us $200 for the inconvenience, she began yelling! She told me that “ I was crazy, it’s just a microwave and I could leave the property. “ After the screaming match, she decided to have a microwave delivered to sit on the counter. Moral to the story, don’t need anything from this host! It will not be important to her, and you may be asked to leave.

Bare bones Vrbo basically just a place to lay down and relax. not as well decorated as some of my past rentals but it get the job done. none of the TVs worked as the plugs will not reach the tv. all in all it worked for us as we where working in the area.

I thought I reviewed this once already so this one will be quick, there is NO WASHER/DRYER, I missed that detail, stairs are steep, upstairs was cold, super basic, one roll of one ply toilet paper in each bathroom, minimal furnishings, good communication from owner, served our needs as we were barely there (gone all day and only came back to sleep), post cards on wall throughout house with instructions.

Property was huge, large master bedroom. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Lacking furniture. Front door kept locking us out. Needed more towels. No light switch/remote to turn lights on in the master.

Basic rental
This home supplies you with the bare minimum needs for your stay. It is an older home in a quiet neighborhood, a bit off the beaten path, that provided the lodging our family needed to attend a family reunion in Douglasville. A few observations: 1. Communication could be more prompt. It took a week for the owner to respond to my questions about the home layout. Guidance about check-in came only the morning of our stay which can cause some anxiety when traveling hours away from home without details about the destination. 2. There is no description on VRBO about the layout of the home. I WOULD NOT suggest this home for guests with mobility challenges. There are several small steps into the home, no bedrooms on the ground floor, only a half bath on the ground floor and a recessed living room with two steps down where most family would gather. 3. Basic amenities. We didn't have to cook during this stay so I can't speak to the cookware. The Keurig was a plus. There were several board and card games that could be used. 4. The decor was again, basic. Good enough but not beautiful/luxurious. The master bedroom is HUGE but sparsely decorated. None of the rooms have bedside lamps. It was overhead light or darkness. There are handwritten notes taped on walls all over the house providing direction for renters. It seems elementary and unneccesary. Small backyard without any seating. In the end, the home provided what our family of seven needed but I likely wouldn't choose to return.

The property was located in quiet neighborhood but very close to I-20. There was no noise at all and the area was peaceful. The house was clean and the manager was very responsive to any requests.

The house is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay even though it was only 2 of us.
Very nice, was cold upstairs where beds are but we figured out how to control the heat temperature. Had to supply extra tissue for master bathroom and paper towels for kitchen none in home during our stay. I will definitely recommend the home

Family trip
The house was nice and was just as described. We did see a few dead bugs when we first entered the home. Also there is a odor in the home but the plug in do help mask it. No tvs in the spare bedroom where the children stayed. Didn’t care for the flash cards posted everywhere, but I did understand the point of having them. Light in the master bedroom worked when it wanted to (batteries may be dying). Overall it was a nice visit and i would rebook. Nice backyard but no where to sit.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property it was very clean and organized the neighborhood was pretty much quiet... My family and self made plenty of memories like eating together watching TV and other hobbies in ATL ....check in process was simple and easy and through email I like that the home has little notes that helps you understand rules of the home...very very nice home We got a great nights rest every night during our stay

Wonderful clean home in Villa Rica
We stayed at this home on a quick golf trip to GA. It was perfect for our group of four. The house was very clean and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was also a very good value for what we paid. We will stay again if we travel back to this region.
