"Location at Piccadilly station is excellent and easy to reach from airport, at the same time in walking distance to city center. Everything is modern and stylish, even though some of the furniture in the room has stains. Bedding is very good, and my room (9th floor) was very quiet despite the central location. Obviously excellent sound proofing. Bathroom was renovated recently. Electric kettle, tea and instant coffee provided in room. Personnel is very friendly and helpful everywhere, reception, restaurant and cleaning personnel. Cleanliness: generally good, but a little bit sloppy at times, seems there is little time and some stress on the cleaning personnel. Breakfast buffet was great, with different kind of rolls and croissants, choice of cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, boiled eggs, and more. Great variety of coffee specialties included, freshly brewed on demand. Sustainability: doing well with soap dispensers, real cups and plates and silverware, some bigger supplies of chocolate spread and jam at the breakfast buffet, but could still be improved by eliminating the waste from small packages, e.g. butter, cream cheese, and yoghurt."

They don't accept cash to pay at check-in, which was very inconvenient for us since we brought all the money for this trip in cash (because of the different currency), and so we needed to use the Swiss card to pay (which means extra taxes) - and I could not see this information when reserving. Lack of information at the reception on small information. "
