The property is as described, great location near Whitman Hollow but still quiet off the main boat channel into the marina. Water off the dock is great for swimming and hanging out all day! Boat slip is well protected and in good shape for bringing your own boat. Such a fun experience to bring kids onto a floating house!“

„The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore.
