„We could not get in with the lockbox combination given to us. The toilet ran continuously. The garbage disposal was plugged up. The bathroom fan did.not work . There was a bad odo r for 3.days. we could never get ahold of the office.. the unit was pictored with a walkin tub. It had 2 regular tubs. You had to force the refergerator door shut.“

„Check in process was incredibly easy. The link to verify your stay they send you once you book was very easy to navigate.We were very grateful this property has some rooms with pet accommodations. When we arrived at the property there was a map of the complex to help find your room. The parking lot was not over crowded and had covered parking which is nice in AZ. The grounds were kept nice. „Large space, well laid out. Missed in details, such as dining for four, beds for six. Also, much of the furniture is very low and tired. Half of the new curtains installed wrong side out. Good area, parking, sign in, linens, kitchen, laundry, etc. Nothing required contacting manager. Helpful in site office, good pool and grounds. Almost great“

„Unit 37A. This was a business trip for me. My stay wasn't as nice as advertised or described. PRO's: My check-in was great. The unit was very clean. Thank you. The property was nice. „This was hands down the best decision ever! We have dogs and to find a place that actually accepts pets and you don't have to take them with you during the day was perfect. We stayed in "pet friendly" hotels but couldn't leave the dogs during the day! I would definitely go back!“

„The property was on the second floor but there wasn't a view out of any window, the unit had a dark claustrophobic feel. The living room seated four with a good view of the small flatscreen and the carpet which was in need of cleaning. The bed was confortable but there were no ceiling fans, no dresser in the master, and the lighting was minimal. „I enjoyed my stay at this property for 12 days in #32. It was very clean, comfortable, and overall quiet. However, it did state that there was a dryer in the unit. I was there for 12 nights so really did need a dryer. I did contact the office right away. Although they were quick to respond initially, they never did address the problem or get back to me. The check in was simple, I felt very safe while there. Close to the grocery store and easy to get around. I will definitely stay here again.“

„9 Day Stay. Refrigerator was not working for first 6 days. Staff kept assuring us that part would be delivered. Finally, on day 7, a new refrigerator was delivered. Too late for all the food I purchased. Studio is very outdated, minimal utensils provided and 2 rolls of toilet tissue for a 9 day stay?? No dish towels, face cloths…..I shared my views, no response from mgmt. No refund for non working refrig., no nothing….crickets.“

„Nice pool and pool area, but the room was not clean. There was something gross spread on the wall above the TV, furniture was shappy and unclean, baseboards were very dirty, one of the beds fell apart, not enough towels. This condo could be a great place to stay if it was clean and furniture was updated.“

„We have been communicating with VRBO and they have been trying to help. We stayed for 2 days until we got a confirmation from management that we would be receiving the balance of our booking. About 6 to 8 days reimbursement. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received anything. Place is a big scam. I am surprised thatVRBO still lists this property.“

„These properties are dirty and do not have adequate supplies for even a three day stay; we had to purchase our own towels and candles to mitigate the smell. The first unit they rented us had no heat and we had to be moved to a different one. The 2nd one did not have a working television for over two days. We left the property early and checked into a proper rental, not VRBO affiliated. We’ve been promised a credit, doubt it will happen.credi“

„We felt that the unit could use a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. It wouldn't take much to make this a desirable unit with a little TLC. Neither tubs had a plug and the furniture was very minimal . We enjoyed the location and the manager was quick to repond to our requests.“
