„This was a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. This house was perfect for our needs. Big enough for us to all have our own rooms and a beautiful kitchen and living room to be together. The host was easy to get in touch with and very nice to answer all our questions. „Amazing! We like the house, we used it for 3 times in different years! When you looked in the garden, the little squirrels played together, we like this animals! „The home was clean and well stocked, though the tap water has a strong sulfur smell so bring some bottled water if that would bother you. There are squirrels making a home in the eaves and will chatter territorially while you sit on the deck, but they're cute.... noisy but cute. We had hoped to be somewhere near the lake, but the close by lake front areas were privately owned so there were no lake views nor lake access for walks along the shore. Kayaks were available but the canal was uninviting ...

„Very clean comfortable cottage. We stayed for 4 days in March. It was cold but the heat works great! The boat house is nice for playing cards etc and you can fish in Spring creek right off the back of the boat house. There was tons of wildlife. We saw a beaver, geese, mallard ducks, a porcupine, 2 mink and a muscrat in the creek. Great stay and highly recommend.“
