Be one of our first guests at Broken Hill Flats in this 2 bedroom top floor designer accommodation in the heart of Nelson's downtown core!

Enjoy 1200 sq ft of private living space in this prime location, meticulously curated for a top notch local lifestyle. The fusion of heritage and contemporary style is sure to impress, fitted with quality fixtures and appliances throughout and highlighting local artistic talent. Sophisticated lighting details all rooms, accenting 12ft ceilings and multiple skylights.

We are pleased to offer a pet friendly environment and ask that guests respect the following restrictions!
Travellers must inform the host if travelling with pets upon booking. A fee applies per pet maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Sorry no puppies allowed, only potty trained pets to avoid damaging the concrete floors. Thank You!

There is plenty of space for up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open concept fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room and dining area. Enjoy the rear patio with mountain views and new murals!

We stayed in BH Flats A for three nights and enjoyed the accommodations so much that we booked another three nights in BH Flats B. Chad our host went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth and as accommodating as possible and exceeded our expectations. BH flats B is a wonderful designer flat and has a well stocked, high end kitchen, very comfortable beds, and clean, lovely bathrooms. As the temperature was 30 degrees and above it was very welcoming to come back to a cool, airy space.

Amazing!
We loved staying at this amazing unit! The unit is located right in the heart of Nelson. It was so easy to walk to shops & restaurants. The unit is located at the rear of the building, so there was no noticeable noise. The unit is very spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve stayed in other places that look like they’ve been furnished with mismatched hand me downs, or garage sale finds. This is not like that at all. The finishings and furnishings are lovely. The parking space is a bit of a schlep, but there’s a loading zone right in front of the building, which makes unpacking & packing up the vehicle much easier. We would definitely try to book again if we find ourselves in Nelson.

"Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. The noise from the bar below went on pretty late every night & there was always a homeless person or two right outside the front door. Other than that Unit B was cute & fitted our needs. Could of used a second set of towels, even though there was a washer & dryer. & extra blankets.

Modern decor and skylights make this loft a very bright and comfortable place. If you are on a working vacation this loft has the most robust WIFI in Nelson. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place right on Baker Street in the middle of downtown. You can park your car and forget it as everything is walkable from here. Great beds, lots of room, minimal noise from the restaurant below, not an issue at all.

Broken Hill Flats … Location, Location, Location
We spent 3 nights in Flat “B”. It’s location and amenities make it a Winner if you want to be close to everything on Baker Street. The King bed is so comfortable, wow! Didn’t use the second bedroom, can’t comment on that bed but I’m sure it’s super comfy too. Tons of closet space and the kitchen was well-stocked. Very clean unit, would definitely book again! Easy communication with Property Manager.

Fantastic accommodations, perfect for our little family. Much quieter then we expected with the restaurant underneath and also where apartment was situated. Would definitely refer to anyone and everyone. Only problem we had was, not the best parking situation for a larger vehicle. Mind you, we had a pickup with a truck box camper on it so to be expected. Modern flat in superb location
This flat is ideal for a quick visit to Nelson, +/or or for a couple or two. We had kids who were studying a little bit and two adults working remote partial days, and for that setup it was a little cramped. could also use another small couch for 4+ ppl to hang out. BUT otherwise super cozy and the manager, Leah, was phenomenal, responding to all of our questions and requests in an extremely timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Perfect for ski and stay
This place is super nice. Brand new everything. Awesome location right on Main Street. Still very private and quiet. It was perfect for us wanting to experience Nelson and ski white water everyday. We’ll certainly look to book again next time we visit.

Great Location
The apartment was great! You can walk anywhere from this location - all the restaurants, shopping etc. Only downside was that there are no windows in the bedrooms - thought that should have been made clear. Also there is lots of stairs - which is good for you - but if you were older or had any disabilities - it might be a challenge.

Amazing place!
Beautiful spot, great location, everything you need, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and did end up spending quite a bit of time in our air conditioned oasis as it was mid 30's and smoky from the fires on a couple of days. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.
