Enjoy a memorable getaway to the beautiful coast of Massachusetts and call this nautical cottage home for the duration of your time away. With ample natural light, coastal decor, and a fully equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home in no time! When hunger hits, enjoy a home-cooked meal in the dining area set for six or at the breakfast bar with seating for four. After a day out exploring the area come back and relax in the sunroom with a good book or make your way to the finished basement to catch up on your favorite TV shows. As the sun goes down each night, everyone can gather for some friendly competition with one of the provided board games.

Sitting on the western portion of the cape, this home is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a block from the beaches of Hen Cove! When you want to venture out a bit, head into town and try a few of the delicious restaurants or pop into some local boutiques. For a day trip, take a scenic drive down the coast and make your way to the Nobska Lighthouse offering stunning views and historical sites. You can even take a short ferry to Martha's Vineyard if you want to explore the local islands.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
