„We rented the condo for an ice climbing trip. It’s a 10- 15 minute drive to the ice. We had 3 friends back out last minute bring our group size down to 6 from 9. There are enough beds for that many people, but it would have been pretty tight with that many people in the common space. Kristin was super helpful with all our questions and communication with her was easy. “

„This property, located in the breathtaking town of Creede, has all the amenities of a home away from home. A very clean and modern property that is just the right size for a small group of friends or family. There are stairs leading up to the porch from the parking space. I would not recommend this cabin if you have mobility issues. For anyone else though, this is a must see and stay at location.“

„The property owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. This is a great stay for multiple groups of family members because of the multi levels. We really loved it! The kitchen was a perfect community center. We had family dinners every night. The upstairs got a little hot, but it was pretty warm weather during our stay, and it was just a family room, so no one had to sleep up there. We would stay here again. “

„The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has a nice partial view of the lake. The kitchen has excellent appliances, and the living area is quite nice. I deducted one star because the two bathrooms are dated and tiny (no drawer space), the chests in both bedrooms have seen better days, and a few non-critical maintenance items needed attention.“

„We had a great stay at silver street condo’s! I will have to say we have rented a lot of places through the years and the condo was the cleanest we have ever had! Definitely recommend! Beds are comfy and the condo had all the things we needed… “

„The place was great. The host went above and beyond even to the point he met me as I got out of my vehicle and gave me the run down of the rental. I really appreciated the almost family like warmth I got from Jim and can’t say enough about the friendly people I met in the town on my short stay. I look forward to utilizing Jim’s other properties as I bring people to enjoy the hidden gem that is Lake City.“

„We loved our stay at this end unit condo which is located very near to the Inn at the Lake. The morning view of the lake was spectacular. There was a little man made creek in front of the unit that my kids enjoyed splashing in. When we arrived the key wasn't in the keybox but I was able to easily get in with the prompt help of the owner and property manager. We would definitely stay here again.“
