The reservation didn't clearly state that early check-in required a $75 fee or a treatment booking. When we opted for treatments to avoid the fee, the therapist didn't show up. „Ein super schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer welches toll gestaltet war. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Auch da Frühstück selber lies keine Wünsch offen , es war alles frisch und alles vorhanden. Eine kleine Verbesserung gibt es jedoch. Es wäre super wenn es richtige Teller und Besteck zum Frühstück geben würde und keine Pappteller und sehr keines Plastik Besteck. “

„Aufenthalt in November:1. Tag Heizung unregelmässig, 2. Tag keine Heizung, ab 3. Tag verlangten wir wegen dem eiskalten Zimmer den Zimmerwechsel. Zimmer sind dunkel und unfreundlich. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Freundlichkeit des Personals ist mässig. Frühstück ist armselig. Preis und Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Angeblich das ist "das beste Hotel" in der Umgebung.“

„We found it unique and close to most of the activities we were interested in. The breakfast was nice and the seating outside was very accommodating with a nice view. We did use the hiking trail in the property and our dog enjoyed the trail as well. „It’s not like the pictures, first the directions are a little sketchy, you have to park your car away from the tent , toilet was a portable potty had to walk a distance to use it . To take a shower you have to go across the street and call the guy at the barn to let you inn . We got up in the m and left , it was not to far from Bethel woods that was a good thing . The host Rose is very nice .“
