„I love, love, love this place. The staff was outstanding and once you get the hang of the boat schedule to the other side it’s smooth sailing. If you are not good at figuring out the schedule for the boat, the staff will take you on a golf cart to The Split to catch a ferry. It’s not too far either and we walked several times. Just give them a little notice. My only issue with the place was that the bathroom is open to the room on top. We would like a little more privacy in that area. “

„The staff was amazing. They always addressed us by name and were super helpful and very responsive. This is on the North Split which is still being developed but it is beautiful and quiet. We would definitely go back!!“

„Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber. Man hat alles gehabt bis auf einen Föhn. Zum Frühstück gab es Kaffee, Tee, Toast mit Käse Marmelade und Peanutbutter, dazu noch Joghurt. “

„Gute, ruhige Lage, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Zum Essen sollte man aber woanders hin gehen. Der Pool ist winzig, es gab nur 6 Liegen, das Wasser war nicht ganz klar.“

„Die Unterkunft war im Prinzip okay. Aber in der Beschreibung stand tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Das stimmt nicht. Mit Nachdruck wurde das Zimmer einmal in 4 Tagen gereinigt. Besitzer war sehr unkooperativ, auch als Expdia sich eingeschaltet hat. Außerdem sollte die laute Karaoke Bar in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden“

„We stayed in the treetop suite, which had a nice porch and a beautiful view of the sea! The room was very nicely decorated and the air conditioning worked great. There is an apartment building next door, which was a bit loud in the morning and evening. It’s very easy to walk in everywhere from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.“

„I think its a great property for yhe price. The beach area and dock are great to relaxe on. The room was very clean. We didnt use the pool so i dont know about it. The staff was very courteous also. I do wish the Restaurant and bar were open at the top. The view is awesome from up there. Overall if you are looking for a moderately priced hotel this is your choice. You are in the middle of all things tourist enjoy doing. “

„If you want a more local experience with welcoming hosts oryginaly from Caye Caulker, colorful housing and a patio full of tropical plants, with a spece where you can have a morning coffee Belize Sea Reef Inn is the spot.“

„This is a lovely, well maintained, super clean property. The room is simply furnished, but very clean and functional. The mattress & the pillows weren't really to our liking, the walls are thin, and the neighborhood can be noisy so we didn't have a very good night, but it's a good hotel room for the money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. “

„My room was a decent size with a comfy bed. I love that there is a store right below the hotel. You check in to your room at the store below. If you have a few hours after checkout, they will hold your luggage for you while you go explore. There is no elevator. I had some issues with the a/c—it worked but difficult to control the temp, possibly a battery going dead in the remote. Overall a pretty good stay. “

„Owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our Tower Room was huge, very comfortable king bed and comfy futon. Full kitchen. We liked the fact that we were a little bit out of the noise of town. We had a golf cart (helpful because it rained ALOT!) but they supply bikes and it is not a long walk to town. Their little restaurant is very good! Very pleasant stay…we would recommend staying at Seremei Villas!!ll“

„Es war für die Leistung absolut zu teuer. Nebenan werden weitere Zimmer gebaut. Es ist dadurch sehr laut. Beschwerden wurden nur belächelt. Unpersönlich, Kälte Atmosphäre. Wer wirklich nur ein Platz zum Schlafen will und bereit ist dafür viel zu zahlen ist hier richtig. Die Hostels am Ort sind besser.“

„Property is pretty south on the south side. Newer place, that was beautiful. No resturant on site currently. Bar in lobby. Couple issues we had; the bathroom doors are sliding barndoor style- 6 inches in width to short on eachside leaving gaps...ours would not stay shut constantly rolling open. I brought this to the reception and owners attention immediately. Day 4 it was addressed, but only stayed shut half the time. Quite an issue when traveling with someone other than family.
