„Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!!“

„My husband and I stayed mid-March for 7 days. The weather cooperated and it was sunny and mid-70’s all week! The Ibis cottage was perfect for the two of us and it was far enough away from the commerce area that it was peaceful and quiet. We never ran out of activities and excursions mixed in with beach days. It was very helpful to have the Tradewinds beach available as all the other beaches were challenging to find parking. If there was any downside to our stay it was the lack of laundry ...

„Cute house. Watch out for the really low ceiling in the loft bedroom! Funky, fun area which seems to be slowly but surely recovering from hurricane damage. Traffic is dense due to construction/repair crews. Had a great meal at the Blue Dog Bar just down the street. “

„We fully enjoyed our stay! The saltwater canal offered opportunities to view wildlife like a pod of dolphins and an alligator from the lanai. The setup of the home was great for our needs and the property manager was very quick to respond as needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a short drive to shopping. “

„The house is equipped with everything and more. The kitchen probably has bigger domestic appliance than I have at home. The exit trough the bathroom to the garden and beach ist perfekt. I am really demanding in hotels and rentals, but you can be sure this house deserves 5 stars. We will come back. Dan & Linda answered all my questions immediately.“

„Loved the location, nice long walk to the beach but it’s worth the exercise. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of appliances. Maintenance came very quickly for minor repairs. Rosen vacation was right on top of it. Thanks“

„We have enjoyed many visits to Captiva Island but this was first since Hurricane Ian. Our unit was in wonderful condition - very attractive and well-supplied with kitchen equipment. We planned to mostly eat in given that not as many restaurants are up and running. We spent our days walking the beach and closely observing the osprey pair on their nest and their favorite perching tree right next to our screened porch.“

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Es gab kostenlose Räder und auch Buchungen über die Rezeption waren kein Problem. Infos über Restaurants waren inbegriffen sowie Tips zu Fahrradtouren und Ausflügen Das Essen in der Anlage war gut. Zimmer waren sauber, Poolanlage gepflegt. Alles machte einen gepflegten und unterhaltenen Eindruck. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. “

"Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und sind kurz vor Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft angekommen. Wir haben das Hotel explizit wegen der 24 h Rezeption gebucht, da uns klar war, dass wir spät sind. Bei Ankunft war die Rezeption aber nicht besetzt. Eine Dame, die vor Ort ein Zimmer buchen wollte, hat dann auf die Notfallnummer angerufen. Def Herr, der dann kam, sagte immer wieder, so spätes Check In sei nicht möglich und es stehe auch nirgends 24 h Rezeption. Das Zimmer selber war ok, aber der Boden war verschmutzt und einiges im Zimmer war defekt. Nicht zu empfehlen."
