„Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist mit dem Taxi 2 Minuten vom Centro entfernt. Man hat seine Ruhe und das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet.“

„Es gab selten warmes Wasser, die Außenbeleuchtung und der Anzünder am Gasherd haben nicht funktioniert. Außerdem gab es im oberen Bereich kein Fliegennetz und die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft aber gut. Der private Pool war ein Highlight.“

„Der Aufenthalt war ok, aber man muss sich klar sein, dass es sich um ein Holzhaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten handelt. Das Haus ist völlig ungedämmt und man bekommt von den Mitbewohnern alles mit. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Bad siffig und die Toilette absolut ekelig. Selbst die Traumlage und das Angebot eines Ausgleichs dafür konnten uns dafür nicht entschädigen.“

„We had a wonderful experience in Bocas Del Toro! The property was exactly as advertised—peaceful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing escape. Poli was an amazing host: friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The island itself is beautiful and felt very safe, even with our young children (ages 6, 8, and 10). „Neither pools worked. Clearly for a while. Both cold and no spa options. Overall the property could do with a little love to bring it up to the cost that is being charged. „Fedy, who managed the property was lovely, however the house was rather dirty, dirty fridge, creature droppings, dusty, dirty bathroom, etc. The shower has no hot water. Not many kitchen supplies (only 2 forks, for example)The pump ran on for an unknown reason making a loud screechy noise. It was therefore shut off at 10pm and we were given a bucket of water so we could flush the toilet. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. „Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Die Zimmer sind schön, der Spa Bereich ausserordentlich und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Obwohl das Hotel voll ausgebucht war, gibt es genug Platz für alle Gäste und es herrscht eine angenehme Ruhe. Das Restaurant und Frühstück war auch sehr gut, einzig am Kaffee kann man noch etwas arbeiten.“

„Ein großer Vorteil ist sicherlich die Lage der Anlage und die schönen, gemütlichen Cabinas, die über das Wasser gebaut sind. Von dort ist man in wenigen Minuten per Wassertaxi in Bocas. Sie fahren fast 24/7. Die gesamte Anlage ist sicherlich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Service war nicht wirklich gut. Abends und auch tagsüber war die Bar/ Restaurant fast immer geschlossen. Bei Nachfrage nach einem Bier … um diese Uhrzeit nicht mehr. Man muss sich also Getränke von Bocas mitbringen, ...

„The Hotel was clean and nice. The stuff was friendly and we enjoyed the ticotico Breakfast. We stayed in this hotel end of february 2024. The whole city of bocas del toro was under construction - so it was loud and dirty the whole day. We loved to come to this hotel after diving. Kind regards Rainer & Ilona“

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an traumhafter Lage

"Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und ist schön. Unser Zimmer (Beach Cabana) war in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und haben sich sofort um jegliche Anliegen gekümmert. Der Baustellenlärm war etwas störend, hielt sich aber in Grenzen. Das Restaurant ist direkt am Strand, was toll ist. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben"

"Sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhige Lage, läd sehr zum entspannen ein. Absoluter Geheimtipp. Besonders die Volunteers und das Personal war sehr motiviert. Ab Tag 1 wusste jeder unsere Namen, jeder hat jede Frage beantworten können und uns immer geholfen. Programmpunkte (Wanderung, Song Trivia, etc) waren sehr gut. "
