There is also a door that leads to a large & magical patio area sitting right above Austin Creek. You are either looking at the Redwoods or the Creek, Unbeatable!

My wife and I lived this little cabin along Austin Creek for our mini-honeymoon. It was a perfect place to relax after the stress of planning a wedding. 5 starts!!

Perfect location for visiting the entire area.
Creek side location was peaceful and serene. I enjoyed walking the creek looking for rocks and the water was deep enough in one section for the dog to swim. The cabin was located a short distance from Duncans Mills and Guerneville. I also visited Occidental, Goat Rock Beach, Freestone and Armstrong Woods. I hope to return to this cabin again someday.

Amazing Sanctuary
My friends and I wanted a quite little get-away and that is exactly what we got! There is a little bit of road noise, but we were able to ignore it for the most part. The house was prefect and we spent most of our time outside on the patio. The fire table is great and the hot tub was nice to relax in. The frogs after dark were a special treat and we also got to see ducks, geese and a huge banana slug! Only thing that could have made it better was a place to take a nap outside! We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect weekend gettaway
Clean and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. If you’re a cook I would recommend bringing your own sharp knives, spatula, tongs, etc. The cooking utensils provided aren’t top notch but never are. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Magical Cottage on the Creek
We spent a week in this cozy cottage on the creek and it was peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating. It's rare that you can find a property this close to the water! The patio and hot tub were great amenities! The cottage is small and quirky, but that's part of the charm. We'll definitely rent this place again!

Great but not so cleaned!
This place is right on the creek and has a nice view but I didn’t like that this place has spiderwebs all over the house. I was kinda hesitant to cook in the kitchen since it had spiderwebs right over the stove and under the range hood as well.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet. Relaxing. Green! Took a minute to get the hang of the heaters, but they were warm! Could use a few more blankets just to have. Heads up to all tall people. There is one trouble spot. Lovely inside and out. Would love to return.

Lovely cabin in the woods, with a creek!
This was a very nice place for a peaceful getaway. The cabin is stocked with all the fundamentals in kitchen etc. It had the sharpest knives I have ever found (most rental knives are super dull). The hot tub was lovely. Access to the creek was awesome too. There are small fish in there! Best part was access to everything in the Russian River area. 13 mins to Guernville, 5 minutes or so to Duncans Mills, probably 15 minutes to Jenner. We had one minor issue in our stay and the management person picked up the phone at 5:30 on a Friday night, which was nice.

Beautiful views !
We spent most of our time on the patio and walking the creek. We did have to go to a store for toilet paper , there was only 1 roll . And we didn’t get the Complementary Duraflame log. Other then that slight inconvenience it was very nice !

Great location on Austin Creek...
We enjoyed the cabin and it's great location on Austin Creek - beautiful views, private location and an amazing creek to explore and swim in. The living area and kitchen are open with lovely views. It was a little challenging not having a washer and dryer given we had to bring our own beach towels and it was not always possible to dry them outside given the weather - would be really nice if the property added a washer and dryer and upgraded the sole shower which had very low water pressure.

Nice escape from the city
We had a really nice time at this location. We really wanted something along the water and this place was adorable. We really like that it was not very far of a drive from the city. The coast is very close and convenient. The cabin has a lot of personality. It feels a lot bigger than it is. The loft sleeping area was perfect for my two boys. You do hear cars go by every couple of minutes, but it didn't bother us since we live in the middle of the city. This seemed very peaceful for us. The large privacy fence that is constructed helps a lot. We would recommend this location.
