„Der Empfang war problemlos und nett. Das Zimmer wie ausreichend groß und sauber; allerdings recht abgewohnt. Reinigung erfolgte täglich. Der überwiegende Teil der Gäste scheinen philippinische Familen zu sein. Diese lassen ihre Kinder morgens vor 6 Uhr auf dem Hotelflur rumkrakelen. Die Türen bleiben wie selbstverständlich offen, so dass man die lauten TV-Geräusche mitbekommt. Da das Hotel ohnehin hellhörig ist, ist an Schlaf ab 6 Uhr nicht mehr zu denken.“

„No toilet seat, no toilet flush in every room!! My first room was that strong smelly that i couldn’t breathe and had to take another room. The 2nd floor was more smelly and absolutely disgusting. 4nd floor the whole ceiling was open and broken. I asked if i could get my money back after i saw the 2nd room.. but no chance so i left and paid for 3 nights without staying there.“

„I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off.
