„We always have a great stay at Royal Vista II. The location is great to both Navajo and Giant Steps. We love the access to the pool, spa, and fitness room. We also enjoy having a kitchen a bedrooms of our own. “

„We were passing through to Cali, for spring break. Only stayed overnight, but was perfect for our group. Beds were very comfortable!!“

„Great space, great location, great view. Cozy cabin feel. And right next to the ski lift, just walk, ski in and ski out.“

„Had a lovely time at this space (a studio condo in Cedar Break lodge) - walkably close to Brian Head resort & a short drive (or free shuttle ride) to other places in town. Space was cozy & well-stocked w amenities; would recommend & look forward to staying again “

„Loved our stay. Cozy and comfortable.Very grateful for the garage. We were there for the snowstorm and it was nice that our truck (Chevy Silverado) fit in the garage for easy loading and unloading.Also thankful for the city plows keeping the roads clear. We did have to put the chains on but not too bad to do in that warm garage!Close to everything, well stocked, and welcoming. The carpet was a little "tired" and used, but overall a very nice condo! Thank you.“

„We really enjoyed our first ski trip in Brian Head. We found these accommodations to be warm, cozy and clean for four adults. My husband and two college age sons agree, not to mention the ski in, ski out was perfect for us. And we all appreciated the kitchen size, supplies and appliances. Two to theee of us easily moved around the kitchen and it had everything we needed.“

„This is a great property. It’s the second time we have stayed there. It’s always very clean and very nice. We would definitely stay here a third time if we come back to the Utah area. You’re very close to the national parks! Extra bonus of having a washer and dryer a lot of VRBO’s do not have them.“

„Great location for access to ski lifts“

„I could not get the exact address until hours before we were leaving for Brianhead. When we arrived the door was unlocked and the cleaning crew had not touched the unit, bed linens were on the kitchen floor. The cleaning woman showed up with her two young girls and all 3 were sick with a terrible chest cold. After she put on the new linens my wife asked her to leave before we got sick on our first day of this long trip to Brianhead. After that it was all good, but no thanks to Vrbo. “

„Great location, cute, clean and manager was super responsive. It’s an easy walk to Giant Steps lifts. Only drawback is hearing the upstairs neighbors since it’s on the first floor. “

„The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walking path behind the house was perfect for our morning jogs and afternoon walks. Also able to walk (about a mile) to downtown Cedar City to some great restaurants. Centro Woodfired Pizza was delicious, there is also a winery across the street from the pizza place I would recommend. The condo is close to great site seeing as well - went to Bryce and Zion. Would definitely stay here again. “

„This is our second stay at Joe’s unit. It is very comfortable for two people, and convenient for skiing Brian Head. Just a short walk (1-2 min) to the #8 chair. Kitchen is well set up if you want to cook. Easy load and unload because you park right outside the front door. Joe is great at communication. We will return here at our next visit to Brian Head!“

„We did a family trip for spring break 2025 and had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly as expected! We were literally across the street from Giant Steps lift. Even my 10 year old could handle the walk while carrying his own snowboard! One great perk was the host supplied plenty of bath towels as well as separate towels for the hot tub! I had several questions for the host prior to my arrival and they were all answered very promptly! This was our first trip bringing our dog to a private ...

„Truly awful experience the host was there frantically cleaning because the property wasn’t ready when we arrived. The master bedroom smelled like human piss. We had a horrible time & left asap.“

Für uns keine gute Erfahrung

"Das Motel machte einen guten Eindruck, das Zimmer war groß genug und ordentlich. Der Pool wäre bei den Temperaturen draußen besser angebracht gewesen. Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum mit recht aktuellen Geräten. Der Check-in war erst nicht besetzt, da alle draußen beim Rauchen waren. Als man uns bemerkte kam aber jemand (roch nicht gut). Leider ist mein Mann am Parkplatz auf einem Steinfeld mit seinen Schlappen in einen Nagel getreten, der sich in seinen Fuß gebohrt hat. Wegen des vorübergehenden Blutverdünners spritze alles wie eine Fontaine. Man hat sich zwar gekümmert aber eine Ambulanz wurde nicht verständigt. Verbandszeug am nächsten Tag war dann leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Für das Frühstück wurde uns leider eine falsche Zeit genannt, so das es uns vor den Augen weg geräumt wurde. Ein Hinweis darauf hat den Mitarbeiter nicht interessiert, er räumte alles zügig vor unseren Augen weg - auch das hätte man besser lösen können."
