„Very clean and the property was very well maintained. “

„The hotel and room were very good, clean and comfortable. Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well. “

„This hotel has thin walls. We heard a phone ring from another room and was looking for it in our room. You hear everything. The sheets were worn down and over all, it looked clean but didn't feel clean. The hotel also told us they would have a pending $100 hold for damaged or incidentals. We didn't make any mess in our room, didnt take anything. We left before check out. The 'incidental hold' charge looked suspiciously like duplicate room charge. We're now disputing this charge.“

„Da die Lufthansa Verspätung hatte und mein Anschluss Flug umgebucht hat in Chicago auf den nächsten Tag, konnte ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht mal wahr nehmen. Da ich im Flieger von München nach Chicago um 16 Uhr war und nicht wusste von einer Verspätung konnte ich nicht in der „Frist“ rechtzeitig stornieren. Der Manager hat prompt drauf bestanden das ich keinerlei Erstattung oder sonst was bekomme. Hier buche ich NIE WIEDER! Und sag dann gleich auch allen die ich kenne hier nicht zu buchen “

„We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. It was close to the Mid-America Center (where our dance competition was) and easily accessible from interstate. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable and in good condition. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options available. Parking is free on site. We were very happy with our stay!“
